オーロラ＆北極圏ツアー

Van was crowded. 12 people plus the driver. Didnt find out that there was no lunch plan until after we were on the trip. First opportunity for food wasn’t until 5:00 pm. Understand the remoteness but would’ve been nice to have advanced notice. Tour was basically 14 hours on bumpy muddy roads. Van got very muddy and it got very difficult to see out. Tour guide was friendly but uninformed. Didnt provide much value beyond driving the van. A few times he hit some bumps in the road at a fairly high speed tossing the passengers out of or seats. It was cool getting to the arctic circle and there aren’t many other ways to get there but don’t think I’d do this tour again

Our day trip to the Arctic Circle was long but well worth it. Our guide Dylan was a great tour guide and very informative about Alaska. He was a careful and conscientious driver. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour and Dylan.

We had an excellent time going up to the Arctic Circle! Our guide, John Kane (Caine?), was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, engaging & entertaining. He even told us where to go to see some moose… we did and saw 4! Thank you John!

Milo was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our group had a wonderful time.

Milo was a great tour guide and the trip was great. Milo knew alot about the various flora and fauna and although long, it was enjoyable and informative. Getting to the Arctic Circle was cool.

the drive was long but worth it, great views and a few wild life, would do this again

This tour took us up the Dalton Highway along the Alaska Pipeline route. Loved crossing the Yukon and stopping at the Yukon River Lodge. Our guide Dillon was great. He shared a lot of local stories, drove safely and chose a number of interesting stops.

If you like going into the outback, you will love this experience. However, if you have difficulty getting in and out of a full van of people, I don't recommend the tour. There were multiple difficulties for us: 1) it was a 15 hour day with many stops (advertised as 12 hour day); 2) the roads are not paved, so the dust was horrible; 3) the air conditioning in the van did not work and there were no windows to open except in the front; it was 70 degrees so we were hot; 4) there were 11 people in a 15 passenger van, all but 1 were elderly. The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The best part was lunch at the Yukon River Camp. The food was the best we had in Alaska, hot and fresh!! The people were great. The beauty of Alaska was wonderful. The oil pipeline was interesting. Over-all I do not recommend this tour unless you are young and don't mind breathing dust. We were sick for 2 weeks with lung problems upon return home.

Our trip was incredible! We were fortunate enough to have Shannon as our guide who was a native and highly knowledgeable about the area. She was also a safe and considerate driver along the rough Dalton Highway. I highly recommend this tour!!
