It's fun to make soba noodles easily! I thought soba making was too difficult, so even I, a complete amateur, was surprised to find such delicious soba! The explanation was easy to understand and thank you for teaching me kindly and politely.

They taught us how to make soba noodles and we had a fun experience. The store also had a Japanese-inspired atmosphere, and was bright and clean. I thought there were probably a lot of foreign tourists, but on the day I experienced it, it was just Japanese couples and friends. You can also choose from five soba sauces and ingredients, including shrimp and pork shabu-shabu. We were also happy to have a snack service after the meal. They also took pictures of us making soba noodles and shared them with us, which was a memorable experience.

A great idea! We came as a family with our teenagers, and everyone had a blast! A very nice and fun introduction to preparing the dough, kneading, and cutting the noodles. In the end, everyone eats together at the table. Delicious!

This class was perfect for a beginner like myself, as well as my friend who is definitely more advanced. The instructions were easy to follow. Making soba is easier than I thought! Also, what’s nice is that I am left-handed, and they had a special knife for lefties. I had a really great time, and being able to eat what we had made in the class was really satisfying! The broth was tasty, and they had many interesting beers to choose from. Definitely give this class a try! It’s fast, easy, and fun!
