We don’t recommend!
Save your money and skip this! WAY overpriced. You get paired with random people - got sat in the middle on uncomfortable seats and yelled at to not move. We felt very unwelcome. Whole experience was a zero.

Just know you only go...
Just know you only go down 1 short canal and then come back, the gondolas can fit 6 people and are shared with other people. We were expecting to see more than that but it was still cool to say “I got on a gondola in Italy” it just wasn’t anything spectacular. I would save your money and skip it to be honest.

It was fine but we really didn’t save any $ and we had to go with another couple. Felt rushed and not very personable.

Not for large people.
If you are a very large person like the two older ladies i. Our gondola, you will struggle to not capsize the craft. Both were well over 350 pounds.

Good it’s more like 20 mins but it’s 100% worth it just for the experience and just to say you did it.

Fun experience! If it’s on your bucket list it’s an easy check off!! Good for families and couples!!

Gondola Ride
We booked a 30 minute ride and it was only 20 minutes. Our gondolier was on his phone and texting throughout .

Waste of time and money
Make sure you read carefully and note that this is a shared experience. You will show up and be paired with another couple (up to 5 people) If you choose to go through with it, wait for 25 minutes of gondala grid lock, there is nothing calm or soothing about this experience. You spend the entire trip looking at a line of gondolas in front of you. Unfortunately they have so many gondala tours running at once, that they take up the entire canals. The gondala operators spend the entire time scrolling or talking on their phones, again taking away from what the experience is. If you’re going to spend the 90 Euro to do it, get one off the street. Whilst they seem to be the same company, they will more likely be private.

It was a great experience! It’s one of the things Venice is famous for. I would say you differently need to do this!
