Our guide Roy was very knowledgeable but our tour was not the agreed upon itinerary. Through communication with Viator, we had personalized the itinerary so that we would have extra time at Granville Island Market, but we did not get to go there at all—very disappointing. Our guide said it didn’t open until 11:30 when in fact it opened at 9:00. We also never got to see Prospect Point. We were supposed to have 5 stops and only had 2 stops.

We're sorry the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Your tour was scheduled from 08:00 to 11:00 before your airport transfer. Although the scheduled tour ended at 11:00, Roy continued the tour until approximately 11:20 before taking you to YVR to provide additional sightseeing time. Given the limited time available, he adjusted the route to ensure you arrived at the airport comfortably while still seeing as much of Vancouver as possible.
Granville Island is a unique destination with the Public Market opening earlier than many of the surrounding shops and galleries. Given the limited time available, our guide chose to prioritize other sightseeing locations before your airport transfer.

Car upgraded with top rate mandarain speaking guide
Thougt guide-Mr. Lam is a nice person & talktive, I spent much time to some placese, he mentioned that some place I can visit alone with mass-transportation due to tour time has limited time, to be honest he is polite & passion in the end I wish I can spend another time with him

Great 3 hour tour
Being shown the sites in Vancouver was wonderful 3 hours spent. We were only in town for 6 hours. So glad we could at least get a feel for the city. Tony was wonderful. He customized the sites to our desires.

Experienced Guide

Excellent Charter Bus Service
KJ Limousine was absolutely fantastic! Our group had some challenges with late luggage at the airport, and they were so accommodating and patient. We ultimately needed a separate transfer for one group member that was delayed by several hours. I was beyond amazed at how quickly they pivoted and their professionalism. If you need Charter Bus or Limo Transfer service in Vancouver, KJ Limousine should be your one and only call. My group and I were totally satisfied with KJ Limousine service.

Nice way to spend 3hrs
Good tour - very good driver lots of interesting facts.
Couple of stops to get out and stretch your legs .. the Totem Poles and Granville Island.
Both enjoyable and worth a visit.
The coach pickup and drop off was at our hotel which was great.
A good tour.

Fantastic tour especially for mobility-challenged
Our driver/guide Jonathan was very informative and great sense of humor. Four of us were on this tour and two were elderly and brought along 2 mobility scooters. Jonathan successfully minimized walking for us and still brought us to all the main sights.

I was disappointed in our...
I was disappointed in our tour guide. He just drove us around to different places, but didn't do much commentary about anything. We could have taken a cab and seen just as much for lots less money.

I’m sorry to hear our service is not meet your expectations. A sightseeing tour including pick up from Canada Place cruise ship terminal and drop off at the airport within 3 hours is kind of a tight schedule. Sometimes drivers trying too hard to show clients a few more places to make sure your money well spent. Sorry to make you feel like we just drove around and didn’t do much commentary. In the future we will give them more training and make sure they communicate with clients before the tour. Thanks again for your business and review.
