Very beautiful experience with Helios Tour Indonesia for our 3-day trip between Tumpak Sewu and Mount Bromo. The tour was very well organized and allowed us to discover very different places in a short time: the colorful village of Jodipan, the magnificent Kapas Biru and Tumpak Sewu waterfalls, the volcanic landscapes around Semeru, then Mount Bromo with its impressive sunrise. A big thank you to Yuli, who was really great throughout the trip. Always available, kind, punctual, and attentive, he contributed a lot to making the trip pleasant and stress-free. Special mention also to Taufiq for Tumpak Sewu, who accompanied us with great kindness and who especially took absolutely incredible photos of us in the waterfalls. Very beautiful memories thanks to him. And also Aziz who accompanied us during the Jeep excursion. We have an excellent memory of this excursion, very complete and varied, and recommend Helios Tour Indonesia without hesitation to discover this part of Java.

Excellent organization and promptness and availability in responding to every request via WhatsApp. Our driver Mull was punctual, kind, and explained a lot of interesting facts to us about Java, Bromo, and Indonesia. The car was clean and comfortable. The Jeep driver (Randy) was also very professional and kind. The view you get to enjoy is breathtaking; the crowding is incredible but it is certainly not the fault of the individual tour operator. We participated as a couple in the one-day tour to Mount Bromo

This was the most magical part of our trip to Indonesia. Our driver, Bram, was AMAZING! He was like an Indonesian dad to me and my friend. He always did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and went above and beyond in every way. He bought us fruit to snack on after our long hike, he drove so safely that we felt comfortable sleeping in the car for hours, and he even checked in on us a week after the trip ended to make sure we were safe after an earthquake in the area. He truly made it so special. Our local guides along each part of the trip were all awesome as well. The trip was organized so well and we got to personalize it along the way since it was a private tour. We weren’t sure what to expect for the hotels but they were actually really nice! It was obviously exhausting to have such early wake up calls for the hikes but it was well worth it and we came away with such special memories. We kind of went in blind with not knowing exactly what to expect but that made the adventure so much fun!

Amazing experience, guide Andhika and driver Ivan were amazing. Always answering our questions about Indonesia and interested in European ways as well. It was nice to talk about differences of our countries as we rode the car. We were unlucky, as we were not able to go to Bromo Crater because of wildfires, so we visited Madakaripura Waterfall which was great as well. Only downside were crowds on Bromo/Semeru viewpoint and Ijen. It was crazy, probably also because of weekend. We had to wake up at 2 AM because of them but it was still very crowded. They are still amazing places to experience (Ijen crater is like from different planet), blue fire is quite umderwhelming though :D but I think there are other less crowded places on Jawa that are more worth it because of less people that visit them.

More than just a guide, he became an amazing travel companion and truly made our experience even more special. A huge thank you also to our driver Ivans, who drove us everywhere safely and flawlessly. He was always punctual, professional, and reliable, making all our transfers completely stress-free. One of the most unforgettable moments happened because it was one of our group members’ birthday during the trip. At midnight, Andhika and the team surprised her with a birthday cake and balloons! 🎂🎈 It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and definitely a memory we will carry with us forever. This was one of the most memorable experiences ever. The natural beauty was breathtaking and the weather was perfect. Our driver Yuli was very sweet and helpful, and greeted us with a lovely smile everyday. Andhika, our tour guide, helped us throughout the whole trip and made sure it went smooth, and made us feel safe and taken care of for the whole trip, so we didn’t have to worry about fees and tickets at all. Totally recommend booking with Helios. We went during peak season so there was a bit of crowd but it was manageable. Needs a bit of fitness as back to back days will get tiring. Overall an amazing experience we will never forget.

Awesome trip! Great tours, and these guys also absolutely saved me when I forgot my wallet on the bus when departing, they drove to the nearest train station and gave it to me as we were passing by. Such legends!

We just returned from our tour with Hélios Tour, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. This trip through East Java (Tumpak Sewu, Mount Bromo, and Kawah Ijen) was intense, magnificent, and made exceptional thanks to the entire team. From the very first exchanges, communication was smooth and reassuring. On-site, the organization proved to be perfect, which is a real relief when dealing with night awakenings and hours of driving. They were able to share their passion for the region with us and adapt to our pace, especially during the sometimes demanding ascent of Ijen at night. The sites themselves are grandiose.
