Meeting point a short walk from Abando, etro station. The ebikes are easy to ride. Most of the Tour is on cycle paths or marked cycle paths when shared with traffic. Felt perfectly safe. Group was also had a couple of older folk on it, so don't be put off. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Got to see the main highlights and totally enjoyed this tour. Highly recommend.
Our Guide was flexible enough to adapt to what the group wanted to see. He told lots of information about Bilbao and it’s history.

What a wonderful e-bike tour with perfect guide who knew a lot about Bilbao. For us the perfect start to a city trip!! Guidance was top notch!!
This was a really fun way to get to see Bilbao in only a few hours. This was my first experience on a e-bike. It was so easy! The bike lanes in this city made it easy to maneuver and felt safe. Roberto was a great guide! We stopped at many landmarks and even had time to go into the soccer stadium, see the field and grab a drink! I highly recommend this tour!!
We did the e-bike highlights of Bilbao tour in a small group. With our guide Peter, who showed us all the beautiful places of the city and can also tell us very passionately and fun about the city. Speaks very good Dutch and can answer all your questions. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended to explore this city.

Milan was a funny and knowledgeable tour guide. He took us to the best spots in Bilbao, great pictures to support the facts. The ebikes in great shape!
The bikes were great. The tour route was pretty easy and the city has done a fine job creating bike routes. Our guide was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one of the guests had a fall on tour and could not continue. We were shocked that the company seemed more concerned about the bike being returned rather than the safe return of the guest. The guide called for a car to pick up the bike but not the guest! The guest’s wife chose to stay with her spouse so the guide asked another guest to walk with two bikes back to the starting point while he led the other riders on the remainder of the tour. He was clearly not prepared to handle such an event. It ruined our experience.
