A great way to see the city

Attempted tour to the sea
We booked in person at the store to go on the self-guided tour to the sea; it's a shame that after 8 kilometers the bicycle path is interrupted due to construction, but no one warned us at the time of booking, even though we had expressly asked about the distance and time to reach the sea.

We understand that discovering the road closure after 8 kilometres was frustrating, especially since you had asked about the distance and time needed to reach the sea. The road works are temporary and, unfortunately, were not known to us at the time. We always do our best to prepare our guests with the information we have available before they set off. Since there are several different routes to the coast and we do not provide one fixed route, we also don’t know exactly which route each guest chooses to follow. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will keep an extra eye on any temporary changes or closures that may affect the routes our guests commonly take. We hope you were still able to enjoy the ride and the beautiful surroundings along the way. Thank you again for your feedback!

Delicious bike afternoon in Bilbao
My daughter and I had a very good, professional e-bike tour from Caspar. Saw beautiful things in Bilbao. Explanation of Caspar with lots of detail and a good dose of humor 😊 It was a beautiful afternoon!!
