Excellent service! It's hard to find trustworthy people but this met all our expectations! We are very happy and grateful to have spent such a great and adventurous day!! Yacht was so VIP and luxury as we spent 3 hours in such a short time, yacht price was also cheapest among others operator.
Thank you very much for your kind review. It was our pleasure to serve you. We are happy as you spend some quality time and like the place. Thanks again
We booked this tour as part of our stay in Dubai with a group of 10 friends and were really looking forward to the advertised “Private 3 Hour Luxury Cruise” at sunset, with a few quiet drinks and a BBQ dinner. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the description and was extremely disappointing. We certainly weren’t expecting a five-star experience given the very reasonable price, but we did expect the basics promised in the tour description. The biggest disappointment was the food and drinks. The advertised BBQ dinner was not a BBQ at all. As we boarded, the food was brought onto the boat in shopping bags from a local restaurant. Everything was pre-cooked and, at best, mildly warm. We were provided with two plates of assorted meats which were cold , two small basic salads, two tiny boxes of cold, stale fries, several containers of hummus and bags of Lebanese bread. Needless to say, most of us barely ate anything. This was not a BBQ ! The drinks were another disappointment. The description mentions drinks, so we expected a basic selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. Instead, there was one type of beer, one spirit (whiskey) and one type of wine. The wine ran out about an hour into the cruise, leaving very little choice for those who didn’t drink beer. With a group of 10, a couple of bottles certainly didn’t go very far. Even the bathroom was missing a basic necessity — toilet paper! To be fair, the crew themselves were friendly, attentive and considerate, and we could see they were doing their best with what they had to work with. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make up for the overall shortcomings of the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this tour if you are looking for the luxury experience described in the advertisement. The sunset and Dubai skyline were lovely, but the food, drinks and overall experience simply did not match what was promised. My suggestion to the operator would be to change the tour description so that future customers know exactly what to expect and aren’t left as disappointed as we were.
Thank you very much for your detailed review. We are really sad as you experience was mediocore despite our best efforts. Please note that this is private yatch tour so the BBQ platter food is pre-ordered from authentic Arabic restaurant and also as per the drinks we serve only wine and beer. Due to the group size we added additional whisky just in case. But this is a nice suggestion from your side, in the next tour we will re-confirm the guest liking as per the drinks preferred and also look for options for live BBQ. However, we are glad you like the view and the staff services. Thanks
Yacht Experience Review An extraordinary day on the water from start to finish! The yacht itself was sleek, pristine, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. What truly made the trip unforgettable, however, was the incredible team on board. The captain was exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, navigating smooth routes with stunning scenic views, while the crew went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt pampered, safe, and attended to. Their helpfulness, warm hospitality, and attention to detail set a whole new standard. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier private sailing experience!

If you’re planning a visit to dubai, this luxury yacht the way to go, great deals, seamless booking, and an overall fantastic experience from start to finish in a very affordable price. We spent almost 3 hours like 1 hour. Weather was also fine for us in such a good atmosphere. Highly recommended 👍

“Luxury Yacht Tour” was a complete disappointment: We booked the “3‑hour private luxury yacht tour with grill, music, and drinks” and expected a high‑quality experience. Instead, it was a total disappointment: • The yacht was old, small, and poorly maintained – absolutely nothing like the photos • Broken equipment, a dirty toilet, and outdated interior • The “barbecue” consisted of cold fast‑food meat, not freshly grilled • Drinks were canned beer served in plastic cups, along with plastic cutlery • The sound system barely worked • The only positive: a friendly crew who did their best despite the circumstances We contacted the Dubai Tourism Agency immediately, but even until the tour end we received no response. This tour has nothing to do with luxury. The presentation is misleading and not worth the money. We strongly advise against it!!
Thank you for your detailed review. Kindly note that the tour provide a private yacht for 3 hours with food and drinks pre-ordered as we will not be allowed to cook there as it is a yacht but not a cruise. Also we assure you that you pay minimum charges only considering the private yacht, food and hard drinks which may cost a plenty in separate bookings. However, we have advised the crew to be more careful for the guests demand and suggestions. Thanks
The service on the yacht was superb, All praise to the crew. They made our family very happy. The food was delicious and varied. The captain stopped to take a photo, which was awesome. We were a group of 6 members. If you're looking for a luxurious excursion, book this yacht. We would highly recommend this experience and will definitely be back again soon
