We sent a 45 day email with all the details for full 5 day excursions to Paris and Versailles. Tiffany responded quickly. 15 days before I sent an email for confirmation and no news since!!! No return emails! Radio silence on the cell phone despite several messages! It's a shame ! It is the image of France that is destroyed by this type of behavior! These people should be banned from practicing! The repression of fraud should also crack down on these subjects!!! I am in the process of sending a detailed report to all consumer defense associations and to Paris City Hall.

Terrible! We waited at designated Departure spot for an hour. Called and texted provided contact numbers…no response! Have not heard a word and we paid over $1000 for the tour! Completed ghosted!

The guide never showed up. The local agency Tour like a Local, did not answer. Awful experience. Stay away!

We learned SO much on this tour and really enjoyed ourselves. We loved our Greek named guide which I'm ashamed not to remember his name. He knew his stuff and brought St. Chapelle and the Conciergerie to life. He was obviously so knowledgeable and friendly; it made it so great.

Great tour Joanna was very informative, explained everything answered questions. She also took us at our pace. I would do it again

We visited Paris the first week of December 2019 and used the services of Localers for 6 private tours, i must say it really made our experience in Paris amazing and memorable. Astrid did a wonderful job maximizing our time. She was well prepared and planned our entrances to minimize waits. She was able to keep my two children (ages 13 and 9) engaged the whole time. Would definitely book with her again.

Joanna guided us around the outside of Notre Dame and through Sainte-Chapel and the Conciergerie. She was most delightful and knowledgeable. My favorite moment was when she stopped to chat with one of the construction workers at one of the Notre Dame construction site entrances. She gathered some up to the minute information about the work and treated the worker with great respect. We would definitely ask for Joanna on a future visit.

Very interesting place full of history and full of fear for visiting the cells. Outside the very clock

You cannot accurately photograph this very beautiful amazing place. Worth visiting though it was very crowded when we were there. It would be nice to visit at a time of day before the busloads of tourists arrive.
