Doris was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and showed our family an incredible time in Zhangjiajie. Doris adjusted our itinerary to make the most of our time, avoid the crowds and experience the region in the best way. She knew the best times to go to each attraction and also knows all the local secrets, history and culture. Our driver was always friendly and waiting for us to take us to the next location. I have travelled extensively and often avoid private tours because I value the freedom of exploring on my own. After five days with Tour-Zhangjiajie and Jenny (Xiong Yajun), this experience completely changed my view of what a private tour can be. Tour-Zhangjiajie was excellent from the beginning. Communication during the planning was easy and responsive, the itinerary was thoughtfully curated around what I wanted to experience, and every pickup, transfer and drop-off was seamless. I never had to think about the logistics — everything simply worked. Then there was Jenny. Her level of service and attention to detail was extraordinary. She anticipated what I needed before I even knew I needed it, yet was always present without ever being intrusive. Her English is excellent, but more importantly, she listened. She asked questions, learned what I enjoyed and continually tailored the experience around me. Additional stops were added, plans adjusted, and nothing ever felt like a standard packaged tour. Jenny knew Zhangjiajie inside and out — the best viewpoints, where to stand for the perfect photograph, which side to be on for the best views, when to move to avoid the crowds, and the small details that can completely change an experience. She was constantly thinking one step ahead. What impressed me most was how naturally she did it. Jenny is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and friendly. I normally find having a guide with me all day intrusive. With Jenny, it was the opposite. It felt less like being guided and more like travelling with a longtime friend who happened to know exactly how to make Zhangjiajie extraordinary. I have travelled to many places and had many guides. Jenny didn't just show me Zhangjiajie, she made this a trip I will never forget. Tour-Zhangjiajie delivered an exceptional private tour, and Jenny elevated it to another level. If you are planning a private tour of Zhangjiajie, ask for Jenny (Xiong Yajun). I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had an unforgettable experience exploring Zhangjiajie, and it was all thanks to our incredible tour guides, Liz and Dora, and our fantastic driver, Gong. They took us to some of the most breathtaking places we’ve ever seen, including the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, the Stairway to Heaven, and the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Every stop was spectacular, but what truly made the trip special was the people guiding us. Liz and Dora were amazing—kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They made sure everyone was comfortable, answered all of our questions, and shared fascinating information about each location. Their enthusiasm and warmth made every moment enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. A special thank you to our driver, Gong, who got us everywhere safely and smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. We always felt safe in his hands, even on the winding mountain roads. If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend Liz, Dora, and Gong highly enough. The three-day trip to Zhangjiajie was fantastic. We visited the Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. The weather was bright and sunny for most of the trip. Though it rained on the day we toured Tianmen Mountain, we were lucky enough to enjoy amazing sea of clouds surrounded by mist. Our tour guide Jenny arranged the itinerary perfectly and helped us avoid crowds so we didn’t have to wait in long queues. She took great care of us throughout the whole journey, making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. One small note is we would have appreciated learning more history in each of the sites we visited. I would recommend the tour to make better use of time and to ensure you cover trip highlights!
