This was one of the best tours we had and what made it the best was our guide Tantan. She was excellent. She explained everything very well, she helped us get front row on the elevator, she got us in front of huge lines for all buses and experiences which helped us see our entire itinerary and had more time to do and see other things we thought we wouldn’t be able to. Even my children gravitated to her. My kids loved Tantan. When we made it back home my kids even told me how much they miss her and want to go back. What makes a trip and experiences memorable is the guide and she did not disappoint. She answered all of our questions, she took care of us, she played with the kids, took pride in her job, very young and intelligent, excellent communicator, I couldn’t ask for more. We even tried booking her again but unfortunately she already had her entire week booked with other guides. Thank you Tantan for the amazing experience and memories

We had an excellent one-day tour with Siddy, visiting the Glass Bridge, Bailong Elevator, Avatar Mountain and Tianzi Mountain. We were staying in the area for a very limited time, so having a tour offering all of these sights in one day, together with such a wonderful guide, made a huge difference. Siddy speaks excellent English and is extremely knowledgeable, and she was super friendly, patient and polite. She made sure we were comfortable, helped us navigate everything smoothly, and shared lots of interesting information along the way. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience was totally worth the money. We managed to see so much in just one day without feeling rushed. We would highly recommend Siddy to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. An excellent guide and a fantastic experience!
