What a great experience . Our tour Guide Zoey. Was amazing. Fully recommended 2 days trip. And you will enjoy it

Absolutely amazing experience getting to see some of China’s most unique and beautiful spots. The hotel pickup/drop off in a comfy air conditioned bus with water provided throughout was great. Archie our guide was incredible and really made the experience run seamlessly. He spoke very good English and gave interesting facts about Chinese history and culture throughout. The scenic spots were unlike anything we’ve ever seen before, it was a very easy tour and we would happily recommend to anyone! Our only note for maybe some improvement is to have a few minutes at the end of the forest day to have 5 mins to take a quick look through the gift shop as there were a few things that caught our eye but we had to bypass to get the bus, but other than that 10/10!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Our goal was to visit both attractions in a single day without having to worry about any of the logistics, and everything went very smoothly. Of course, we would have loved to spend more time exploring each place in greater depth, but there simply isn’t enough time to do everything in one day. We’ll definitely have to come back and visit again at a more relaxed pace. One of the highlights of the tour was our guide, Jackson. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. He brought rain ponchos in case it rained, provided bottled water, and constantly made sure that everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. The only slightly negative aspect, which is something you can expect on any group tour, was having to wait for other people from time to time. However, that’s simply part of traveling in a group.

Wonderful experience. Pickup from hotel on time. Many viewpoints, the trip included both the "Avatar mountains" and Tianzi mountain.

We got the 2 day tour and were lucky to get Archie as our tour guide. We are very thankful to Archie for making our trip a great one. He was very nice and made the whole group feel very welcomed.

Zhangjiajie Scenic Spot covers a vast area, and you need at least three days to fully appreciate its unique rock formations. Cloud and rain often block the views. Rain fell halfway through our tour, making some paths inaccessible. Fortunately, tour guide Jianing took great care of us. She introduced natural scenery and local culture patiently, adjusted the pace suitable for seniors and children, and recommended authentic local snacks. She was gentle and professional, the best surprise of this trip.

Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area deserves two full days to explore, featuring breathtaking peaks and sea of clouds. The mountain weather is unpredictable. Thick fog covered many viewing platforms in the morning during our trip. The highlight of our journey was our tour guide Lynn. Young, thoughtful and professional, she explained the mountain’s geological features and local folk customs thoroughly. She arranged a reasonable sightseeing route. I highly recommend booking this tour and requesting Lynn.

1st day: we travelled with Mandy, she was an excellent and highly knowledgeable tour guide. She showed us great views, guided us in a simple & easy to follow way, and helped us with a lost glasses retrieval which was just going above and beyond. 5/5 experience! 2nd day: we went with Archie, who similar to Mandy was extremely knowledgeable and easy to follow. Both tour guides took great pictures and elevated the experience greatly, as well as taking care of any potential hassle with ticket booking!

Had a great experience with our guide Oscar. He was organized and responsible. He helped us find the best views and helped with restaurant reservations. Would highly recommend!

The experience was amazing ! We literally covered nearly everything ! Both guides where just amazing , laura and bay-lee knew there stuff and their English was great ! Was a wee bit upset that we weren't allowed to add on the zip line at an additional cost ! Seemed a waste while we where there. However Bay-lee made our time on the mountain fun.
