Great experience from pickup to drop off. All the staff were great communicators and the equipment was new, clean and felt safe. They staff is very safety conscious. The adventures were all excellent. We highly recommend this activity while in Monteverde.
Absolutely amazing experience it was out kids first time ziplining and they had a fantastic time. Definitely the highlight of the trip and the Tarzan swing is not to be missed.
This experience was so fun and well managed! Though sometimes I was scared, I felt safe the whole time. The Tarzan Swing was the scariest thing I've ever done, but the guides were so kind and patient, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The views were breathtaking. I'd recommend wearing shorts/pants long enough to protect from the harness, and a t shirt or jacket to protect from the lines and chilly weather (we ended up having to buy sweatshirts from the gift shop). Closed toe shoes are a must! We had a great time and it's a must do when in Costa Rica!
Soooo bad. I paid for the whole thing. 400$ down the drain. I tried to communicate with the guides so they could tell me where to meet them, they were extremely unresponsive. Eventually I called support from the app, they were even less helpful. HORRIBLE both the guides and the app. I wish I could swear on this review because these thugs basically just stole 400$ from me. My husband and I went in March, it was super fun overall! There are a couple of short runs, then two really long rides where you can do the superman pose. Repelling drop was a bit lame. The scenery is beautiful, and even moving between the lines is quick but still part of the experience. You get to do the Superman style twice, and there’s an epic Tarzan swing at the end which we skipped. It all felt really safe and we would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an awesome zip line experience!
Kids had an awesome time. I have zip lined in Mexico and this was by far a way funnier experience.
At first it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the organization but in the end everything worked out and we were helped. The experience was well organized and very nice.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of fairness and customer care. We booked an excursion for the same day and were told transportation could not be arranged because we were outside their service area. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, we took the initiative to arrange our own transfer so we could meet their required time. The transport company confirmed a 10:30 AM pickup, but they never showed up, leaving us stranded and at a $300 USD loss. We notified the excursion company by WhatsApp, email, and through the app at 11:00 AM , well before the meeting time , to cancel because we had no way to get there. They can clearly verify that the service was never rendered. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund for the $205 excursion. This shows a complete lack of understanding and customer service, especially given that we acted in good faith and provided advance notice. Very upsetting and disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking with a company that refuses to be reasonable when circumstances are clearly beyond the customer’s control.

At the time of booking, you were clearly informed that your accommodation was outside of our transportation service area and that the distance to our meeting point was significant. We offered assistance in arranging third-party transportation to help ensure you could arrive on time. You chose to organize independent transportation instead. Additionally, in an effort to accommodate you, we offered an alternative zipline tour located much closer to your accommodation to avoid exactly this type of situation. That option was also declined. Unfortunately, the private transportation provider you independently hired did not arrive. While we understand how frustrating that must have been, this service was neither arranged nor operated by our company, and we have no control over third-party providers booked separately. Our cancellation policy ( agreed to at the time of booking ) applies in these situations. The tour was confirmed, staffed, and prepared to operate. The inability to attend resulted from transportation arranged independently, which falls outside of our responsibility. We always operate in good faith and make every effort to provide solutions and alternatives. It is therefore disappointing to receive a review that omits the fact that you were informed of the distance, offered assistance with transport, and even offered a closer alternative tour. We truly sorry that your independently arranged transportation did not show up and wish you smoother travels moving forward.
