Great class, delicious ramen and wonderful instructors.

Even though I was the only person who signed up for a Friday night time slot (or who didn’t cancel), they kept the class and I got a private cooking class. The instructor was great and I can’t wait to make my own spicy miso ramen at home now

This was the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! It was very well organized and interactive, with every little detail thought through. Our chef Keigo was wonderful and a big part of what made the experience great - he taught us about why certain ingredients are used or why certain steps in cooking are done, and I learned multiple tips I’ll take home with me. He is a fantastic and enthusiastic teacher, photographer and chef all in one! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Osaka!

My husband and I joined this incredible ramen cooking class during our honeymoon in Japan, and it was easily the highlight of our trip! We had so much fun learning to make three classic styles from scratch: Soy Sauce (Shoyu), Miso, and Salt (Shio) ramen. The instructor was wonderful and explained every part of the process step-by-step, making it easy for us to follow along and learn the secrets of how authentic ramen is crafted in Japan. Not only was the experience educational, but the final bowls were absolutely delicious! We loved that we got to keep the recipes so we can recreate our honeymoon 'ramen dates' back at home. It was a beautiful and memorable way to celebrate our marriage. Highly recommend!

This class was amazing! The teacher was clear about the “why” behind each step. Their preparation was impressive. The food was delicious, too! 10/10 recommend

I was a lil nervous the location looked residential we almost left. Decided to stay and we’re so glad we did the lady’s were really nice and we enjoyed making the home made pasta :)
