資格を持ったインストラクターによる実践的なトレーニングを受けられます。 1回の体験で3種類の寿司の握り方をマスターできます。 寿司魚は、このクラスとしては上質で特注品。 初めてのお寿司作り体験でも、その素晴らしさに驚くはず! 副菜として焼き鳥も作ります。 みずみずしい鶏もも肉を自分で串に刺し、香ばしいタレで焼く。 味噌汁を一から覚えるんだ。 日本語のだしを取るための食材について、講師が知識を教えてくれます。 ベジタリアンも大歓迎。 食事制限がある場合は事前にお知らせください。

Helpful advice, moka was great
Great experience. Small group - excellent teaching. Increased appreciation for all the skill and TLC that goes in to this wonderful cuisine.
This class was 10/10. Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers and 2 parents enjoyed every bit! We learned how to make nigiri, rolls, miso soup, and chicken satay. The class took about 2.5 hours which is pretty on par with other cooking classes we've done. Of course the best part was interacting with the instructors and eating our hard work. :)
We had an excellent cooking class! We loved getting to make our own sushi and miso soup. It was very interesting to learn about the ingredients and how to put together the different types of sushi rolls. We highly recommend this course to anyone visiting this area who loves sushi!

What a lovely evening! I went alone and I was a bit nervous because I know most of these experiences are done by couples or groups, but I had a lovely time! The ladies are so interesting, funny and knowledgeable! I would definitely do it again!
We attended this class and it was one of the best experiences we had in Japan. Our teacher Sakura was wonderful. She led us through each step, explained all the ingredients and made sure we understood. Our completed dishes were beautiful and absolutely delicious. We had a great time!
Fumi was an outstanding instructor! I learned so much. We even made miso soup from scratch. I highly recommend this course!
The experience was really nice. The products were fresh. We learned how to cook miso soup, sushi, maki and chicken yakitori. In my opinion the recipe we receive at the end are a little light. The instruction and steps are not all fully mentioned there. Also, the location meeting point is a bit tricky. It is on the second floor of a building but there is no indication of that anywhere. We struggle a lot to find the right place.
