Had a great time learning to make ramen and gyoza. I will definitely be working on my technique, but was very happy with the finished products. The ladies onsite were so helpful and patient. I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in understanding how both ramen and gyoza are made, and what differences make them uniquely Japan.
Had a great time doing this activity. The host was very accommodating to our pescatarian diet. She was very welcoming and even gave us recipes to take home. This was the best ramen I’ve ever had and I will now try to make these foods at home.

I really enjoyed this class, what particularly stands out about this class is that you do make one of the broths from scratch. Other ramen classes have everything premade and you just make the noodles and toss everything in. Here, you get to make everything yourself (to some degree), including chopping the ingredients yourself, making the noodles from scratch, and the gyoza by hand. Of course, some things are premade in advance for the sake of time (like having the chicken pre-cooked). However everything important is done by you. I highly recommend this class if you want to make ramen at home, or at the very least gyoza (which is much faster and easier)
10 out of 10!! Absolutely recommend this class to anyone. The whole thing was extremely well organized, efficient, and well-equipped. The instructors were super friendly, informative and attentive. We did so many things that the three hours flew by and everything was ready in time for us to eat and enjoy the fruits of our labour!
Very fun and interactive class. The English speaking teachers were very personable. Created such tasty gyoza and ramen to enjoy.
Excellent cooking class- best we have done in Japan. Very efficient and teaching experience. You can also purchase some supplies at the end like garlic grater or cooking chopsticks so can be a nice souvenir. Please was easy to find- Marina and Kasa were so nice!!!! We were a group of 3 plus 4 more participants so a total of 7 but we did not feel rushed and food was delicious! Try not to eat lunch before!
Great teachers, easy to follow instructions and super tasty - worth the effort of making your own dashi and noodles. I would recommend to anyone!
