An amazing experience and an absolute must-do if you’re visiting Tenerife! Make sure to dress warmly, as it can get quite cold and windy when driving the quad or buggy up the mountain. Warm jackets are also provided if needed. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and funny, making the whole experience even better. The views are breathtaking, and the staff take some really great pictures along the way. Highly recommended! Mihai cel mai tare! Spor la bani coaie💷🇷🇴
No dirt roads with this machine, only asphalt, I am left wanting more. The spectacle of nature remains splendid nonetheless. Quick tip, don't take the insurance offered, it's useless for road trips.

i’ve already given a bad review on get my guide as i booked it thru them , but a very bad experience over all and worse now. I said in my previous review “Woman at desk very rude and snappy. Not nice to deal with and made me feel very unwelcome. Buggy's were good but alot of rules applied and extra hidden costs involved. Got to the end and they told the group that all the photos they took of eveyone on the camera werent saved, and half the time spent was to stop and take photos, so therefore eveyone missed out. Not recommended not good value for what it is.” But after this review i was contacted by them on whatsapp ( i posted it annoymyus) but obviously knew who it was they were rude to. I asked them for the photos as we were informed they had them then. They replied Hello, sure. We also would like to politely inform you that on a 1 to 5 scale, a 1 star review would mean something extraordinarily bad did happen. May we please what was that, so we can try to improve our service, please? Thanks” Blocked me on whatsapp, so i called their number and lady at the desk said “no pictures for you you wrote a one star review” and ended the call. Definitely not worth it especially dealing with her. Very unprofessional and terrible attitude
Dear customer, as per the large scandal you did on our premises, so that we had to call the Police to take you out, we have refused to sell you the pictures, therefore you have chosen to attack us by negative reviews wherever you have found our accounts. NO, we will not give up our ZERO tollerance against violence, drugs and alcohool. We did reply for the other future customers, not for you.
Myself and my girlfriend booked this buggy tour . We were really excited to go and as we arrived we got met with nothing but disrespect and attitude by the lady on the front desk . She made us feel vulnerable and uncomfortable and not just this they also lost the photos for the tour . We contacted get your guide about this and they said the photos were found and we rang the quad hub and they blocked my partner and I rang them and they said it “wasn’t worth there time sending us the photos” because apparently we’re a waste of time . This shows the unprofessional behavior carried out in this place . Do not recommend stay away .
Dear customer, as we have answered to your girslfriend to the review above, arriving drunk or under drogs, havind to send you in the excursion in the guide's vehicle, as none of you were able to drive the quad, and having to call the Police to remove you out of our premises, as per the big violent scandal you were pulling and disturbing our activity, we have decided not to sell your pictures, so you did attack us here and every other platform with negative reviews. We reply so the other future customers understand what this is about, not for you
We booked through an excursion company just by our hotel , and payed £90 euros per couple, was picked up the time they said and travelled to the venue of the quads, once there they went through the upgrades you could have and the extra insurance you could pay for, it was worth paying the £15 euros for peace of mind .they issued everyone with a helmet and jacket as it gets cold up the top , there was a bit of wait for us as there was quite a lot of people on our tour, we all went up to the car park to pick up our quads , at this point it was evident the was to many people for the quads, so they upgraded myself and wife to a buggy at NO extra cost and my friend and his wife as they said we have been waiting there the longest, and also we where the oldest lol, then they went through all the safety aspects of the tour , and there was a few youngsters not paying attention and laughing, it was at this point they said if your not listening your not going as its real roads with real cars on and bicycles on. Safety comes first with this company, I'm so glad I done this tour as it was an amazing evening and they do work very hard keeping the group together and safe, when we reached the top it was very cold but very beautiful, nothing I have ever experienced, then led back down , once back you was given crisp and drink , yes photos was taken up there and you can buy them at a cost , or use your phone when your at the top .I would 100% recommend this company 👌

Once there, we must fill out a form and sign a document. For a second driver it is 10€ and he advises insurance for the vehicle (quad = 15€, other vehicles are more expensive) . It is forbidden to have your natel and make videos while driving (or passenger) which is for the safety of the group. They pay close attention to our safety, everything is well explained and the ride is only by road. The landscapes are beautiful. We received water and even a beer at the end at no extra cost. One of the guides had a camera and took us at least 6x in different places in photos. If desired, we can have all the photos for 30€ per vehicle. In summary, we enjoyed this day and they were very kind and spoke English, French, Spanish and Italian.
