A wonderful experience! A jet ski tour with stunning landscapes and enjoyable stops one after another. Thank you to the guide who was fantastic!

The write up said I could be picked up at my hotel. As it turned out, I could not but no one ever told me. The jet ski people never responded to any of my messages. Luckily my hotel new from experience so we did not miss the experience. The waters were VERY rough!! You also have to pay for entry into one of the stops which they did not share in advance either. Communication was not good. The experience was fun and jet ski was in good condition

A fantastic trip!!! There was a little wind and it meant we were the only ones on the trip. It felt like a private guided tour, where we got to see lots of great nature and we got plenty of time on the water scooter. Incredibly fun and 100% worth the price.

I booked the 3-hour jet ski tour in Langkawi and would like to share some balanced feedback. Prior to the tour, communication through the Viator platform was very poor. I sent three messages via the Viator website and received no response. Just before canceling, I independently located the tour operator’s website and contacted them via WhatsApp, at which point I finally received the pickup point details. While the issue was eventually resolved, communication through Viator should be significantly improved to avoid unnecessary stress for guests. Once the tour began, the experience was unfortunately quite chaotic. There were approximately 16 jet skis in our group, which proved to be too many to manage efficiently. Around 45 minutes were spent attempting to organize all participants into a “V” formation before we were able to properly start the tour. Throughout the experience, we stopped multiple times to reorganize the group. During these delays, smaller and more organized tour groups repeatedly passed us, clearly spending more time actually jet skiing rather than lining up and waiting. This reduced the overall value of a tour advertised as a 3-hour experience. The jet skiing itself was enjoyable, and the location is beautiful, but the lack of organization and excessive group size significantly impacted the experience. With better group management, smaller group sizes, and improved communication, this tour has the potential to be much better.

Yuan was an awesome guide, he was very knowledgeable and patient. We had a great time, highly recommended if you're up for an adventure in Langkawi. If you're lucky, you may get yuan as your guide too, I firmly believe your guide will make the difference in your experience.

The tour was good for 3 hours, and great.　The instructors were funny and helpful, covering almost everything from crystal clear beaches, going through rock breaks, lakes, echo points and falcon dives.

Wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. We had lot of fun and the visit of the islands is spectacular.

This was epic. It was exciting to see the islands up close and zipping around on the jet ski was cool. The guides did a great job accommodating both beginners and more advanced riders.

Great experience the guide bobby was very good and the trip was phenomenal seeing all the islands and water. Definitely would recommend C PRO WATERSPORTS

Everything was smooth and well organized. The staff and tour guide were super friendly and fun! The jetskis were in good shape, well maintained and powerful. The locations where we went were breathtaking! 10/10 would recommend.
