Great outing, the best of our stay in Langkawi. Our jet ski was defective; the guides gave us theirs. They go out of their way to make sure everything goes well, with photos, videos, and drones, and are incredibly kind. Special mention to our guide Azim, who is truly adorable.

It took about 4 hours ride. You be able to search for them on tiktok. The experience is truly amazing! I wonder if could repeat in the next year, perhaps. Along is good. Know to guide and instruct the customer clearly and politely. If you taking this ride, best for you to take the 12 island route.

The jet ski experience was amazing and a lot of fun. I was very sorry for the hotel pick-up. The pick-up and drop-off hotel is not on the list, and the hotel you are staying at is entered. The email confirming the reservation was confusing, with both the comment that I would be picked up from the hotel lobby and the fact that I would be meeting in person. As a result, the morning schedule was rescheduled for the afternoon, and the day's plan had to be drastically changed.

Little bit of a misunderstanding with the hotel pick up, however Jetski Staff made up for it. Tour was great and our tour guide Allum ? was exceptional in looking after us, fantastic fun and would recommend to all.

The staff who attended were entertainers and fun, and it was nice to be able to understand the explanation at the stop. They took a lot of pictures, and every one of them was a great memory for me! It was also good to have a waterproof bag, shoes, etc. so you don't have to worry about luggage. You can keep anything you don't take with you except valuables at the counter. You should keep a little money, as the restaurants you stop at are cash only. I asked for additional drone shots, but they were good and the picture quality was great! The caveat is that first-timers may get tired in the early wavey areas. Good luck. I definitely recommend it.
