Nothing But the best Family Trip
Our 3-day Masai Mara family trip with Polmans was nothing but the best!
From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free—especially important when traveling as a family. The journey itself was comfortable and scenic, building excitement for what was ahead.
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the game drives. Our guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about wildlife. We got to see an incredible range of animals, including some of the Big Five, which made the experience truly unforgettable for both adults and kids.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and the meals were delicious with good variety. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home.
What impressed us most was how seamless everything felt. Polmans clearly pays attention to detail, ensuring that guests can relax and fully enjoy the adventure.
This was a memorable family trip that exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Polmans to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable Masai Mara safari.
We can’t wait to come back!

My safari with Ploman Tours and travel to Masai Mara
I was referred to Polman Holiday Tours and Travel by a friend who had traveled with them. My experience with them during booking was very friendly. Their representative, Margaret explained to me the whole process in a clear way. I booked a three-day safari to Masai Mara for me and my family.
On the day of travel, we found Joshua waiting for us at the pick up point and he gave us a detailed brief of what to expect, before handing us over to the driver, Raymond, a fantastic driver both on the road and inside the park. He was very knowledgeable about animals and he knew the spots where they are likely to be found. The vehicle we were assigned, a Toyota Landcruiser, had excellent offload capabilty and it enabled us venture quite well in the bush.
The company shares a radio communication frequecy with other operators and this makes it easy for drivers to collaborate and give guests the best experience ever. When one driver spots an animal, the information is quickly relayed over radio to the other drivers in the park so that guests get to benefit immensely from that.
My three days experience with Polman tours were nothing short of awesome.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful and detailed review — we’re truly delighted to hear that your safari experience with us was nothing short of awesome!
We’re especially pleased that Margaret was able to make your booking process clear and friendly — we believe every great safari begins with smooth planning. It’s also wonderful to hear that Joshua ensured a well-informed start to your journey, and that Raymond provided a safe, knowledgeable, and exciting experience throughout your time in the Masai Mara.
We’re glad you enjoyed the comfort and performance of our Toyota Landcruiser — we carefully maintain our vehicles to ensure they’re ready for the rugged adventure that the Mara offers. And yes, the radio communication network between guides is one of the ways we ensure our guests get the best sightings possible — we’re so glad you got to benefit from this collaborative system.
Thank you again for choosing Polmans Holiday Tours and Travel, and for recommending us. We’d be honoured to welcome you and your family back for another adventure in the future!
Warmest regards,
The Polmans Holiday Tours and Travel Team

Kenyan safari
We booked our safari through an agent online and where greeted by pollmans tours. What a treat that was, from start to finish, our personal safari driver Justin was absolutely exceptional. What ever he gets paid he needs more.
Justin got us everywhere on time and before, we see the big 5 and so so much more. His truck was kept spotless, his English language excellent, his conversation on history of kenya and more was so in depth and interesting, the company itself never let us down with the drivers we had for our different parts of our dream holiday , thank you again pollmans and Justin especially.

This trip was amazing, our driver Marvin was very informative and had a good eye at spotting all the animals, I think it was more than luck that we kept being in the right place at the right time. We saw plenty of 4 of the big 5 and Marvin always went the extra mile to give us the best of experiences. Highly recommend.
