Explorers wild is a relatively young company but don’t let that fool you. The value for money and the experience was unforgettable. Accommodation is worth the extra for mid-range to luxury if you can afford it the tented camps are definitely worth a go and are all fully en-suite. Sentrium Amboseli was our favourite and the first one you get with a view point of kilamanjaro - wish we had a couple more days here. Zachary was the best guide and driver we could ask for. His experience is unparalleled, there was a protest one of the days and they closed the capital. Zachary knows the way around nearly everywhere and was able to take us around the centre via smaller back roads which enabled us to still get to lake elementia for after lunch and do the lake and walking safari - where as other tours were still stuck! (Did mean we left at 5am but trust your guide if they say time to go it’s time to go !) We saw so much and were lucky to see the big 5 mainly due to Zachary’s impressive sight (no clue how he caught half of them) he went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t thank him or recommend him more. Our guide David was awesome, he was so nice and Provided us so many Information About the Country and Animals. He knew exactly where to find the animals and really went beyond and above to Show us all the animals. He provided us with so many Information and always made sure we feel comfortable. He was such a nice and friendly Person. We can 100% recommend the Safari to everyone. The Lodges Are rather basic But everyone was so Nice and friendly and the breakfast was Great with fresh fruit, pancakes and Omelette :)

We did a 6-day safari with 5 overnight stays through the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Amboseli National Park, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. A very special thanks goes to our guide David. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and simply a person with a heart in the right place throughout the entire journey. One immediately noticed that the well-being of his guests is important to him. Thanks to his excellent network, he was often one of the first to hear about sightings of rare animals, allowing us to experience many special moments. Furthermore, David possesses impressive knowledge about Kenya, the national parks, and the wildlife. He always took the time to share interesting information and to answer our numerous questions in detail and patiently. Additionally, we took a boat tour, which David was not part of, but it was also a nice addition to the safari. Overall, the entire trip was excellently organized and full of unforgettable experiences. We can wholeheartedly recommend this safari and especially guide David, and we would go on safari with him again at any time.

An absolutely magical week on safari! We were so blessed to have Zachary as our guide ~ he is very knowledgeable, always on time, always thinking of our experience, and he has an ‘eagle eye’ when it comes to spotting wildlife! The guides were truly amazing — friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their explanations were super informative and made the entire safari even more exciting and meaningful. My spouse and I travelled with Explorers Wild Adventures in April to visit Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli National Park, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Every detail of the safari was thoughtfully organized, from our hotel pickup to daily game tours and rides between parks. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and in beautiful locations, allowing us to relax completely after each day’s adventures. Our guide, David, was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly, and always punctual, and he made us feel safe and well cared for the entire time. His knowledge of the animals and parks was incredible—he identified every type of bird, mammals, and even their mating and migration patterns as locations they were usually found in each park, and he always took the time to answer our many questions. What really set this trip apart was how much we learned from David about Kenyan culture, history, and daily life. He shared stories and insights that gave us a much deeper appreciation for the country beyond the wildlife. The customer service from Explorers Wild Adventures was exceptional throughout. Communication before and during the trip was clear and timely, and any special requests or small changes were handled quickly. We never had to worry about logistics, which allowed us to simply enjoy the experience and focus on making memories. Overall, we would highly recommend Explorers Wild Adventures—and especially David—to anyone considering an African safari. We had a wonderful 6-day private jeep safari with Explorers Wild Adventures. From the start, communication was very easy. We could contact them via WhatsApp or email and always received quick and clear responses to our questions, which made organizing the trip very smooth. Our guide, Zachary, was excellent. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. We were especially impressed by his ability to spot animals from a great distance. Thanks to him we saw so much wildlife and had some incredible moments during the safari. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the long drives more enjoyable. Amazing experience! Our guide David picked us up from Nairobi and 6 days flew by in a blink of an eye. Game drives were so exciting and David tried really hard to show us as many animals as possible. We did get to see the Big Five and more! We want to thank David and the company for this amazing adventure!! I would highly recommend to anyone!
