Excellent service, very kind, everything on time.
I have never written a negative review of a tour operator, but this time I cannot let it slide. I brought a group of 35 people for this tour and, knowing this, they put them on two boats (20-15) and took them to different islands without prior notice. Once there, they inform us that they divided the group due to capacity reasons and the island was empty. Later they tell us that they are going to bring them, which never happened. And that is even though it is only 7 to 10 minutes away between islands. Their customer service is terrible or non-existent. And save yourselves the reply that you are going to investigate the case because you had the opportunity and you did not care.
Great experience! Well organized and clear on directions. The tour had many people and they split us up in groups so it felt smaller and more personal. The guide spoke both English and Spanish and was communicative. All beach experiences were fun and different. The best beach was Bora Bora and at all of the beaches we had 2 hours to enjoy. The lunch was great and plentiful. The only downside was we were overcharged by the Dock and did not realize it until we were inside the meeting area. Double check what they charge you on the Dock fees. Otherwise it was a great tour and well worth the money. Best tour of the trip!
we were looking for a tour that avoided playa blanca, isla baru.. we chose the top 3 islands. Pao pao impressed us, at the point of arrival a more peaceful sea, delays a lot of current but very coral, many species of fish. islabela is more 'roots' let's say, it looks like a camping, scooter lunch, but very delicious. and bora bora focuses on the beach club for those who are more of the love.

We had a great time on the Three Islands tour! Check-in was smooth—we arrived at the recommended time, boarded around 8:45 AM, and had shaded seating while waiting. Bora Bora was our favorite stop. The water was calm and crystal clear, the coconut lemonade was delicious, and the music and dancing made the experience so much fun. The other islands were great for relaxing, lunch, and a quick swim. The ride back was much choppier, so I’d recommend taking motion sickness medication if you’re prone to seasickness. Overall, this tour was a perfect mix of beautiful beaches, relaxation, and adventure, and it was one of the highlights of our Cartagena trip.

More variety of food, everything else was great.
It was a great experience. We had fun and enjoyed all islands, but bora bora was our favorite.
