A very pleasant evening cruise; food was good.

The waiters were very unpleasant, we were in a group and they wanted one person to eat alone, we had a very bad time

The menu was fine, just one issue: the person working at the entrance had a very bad attitude. Due to internet problems, I could not download the confirmation tickets at that moment, and when I tried to do it at the hotel, they could not be downloaded. No matter how much I explained it, even in French, to the person at the boat entrance, he did not want to help; he did not even want to let us board if I did not show him the confirmed tickets. When I finally managed to get him to let me check with his colleague on the list, they were able to see that I was indeed on the reservation, but practically only because I begged him, when he could have done that from the beginning without so much complication, especially since his colleague was only a few meters further inside. If I had not been insistent, they would have left me without the activity even though it was already paid for. I wish they were more willing to understand the problems that travelers have with the internet; it would not have cost him anything to ask his colleague from the beginning if I was on the list.

Very beautiful experience, quality meal, pleasant service, and boat ride leaving a beautiful memory of our time in Paris.

Great cruise with nice food. Some commentary would have been good

I took this same exact cruise 4 years ago and loved it so I decided to use it again this year and was horribly disappointed by how much the quality has dropped. When I went last time there was no extra charge to be seated by the window because duh that is the whole point of me booking a cruise! Disgustingly greedy on the company’s part and really left a terrible taste in my mouth especially since the boat was half empty and everyone could have gotten a window seat! Just nasty and I see why they are no longer selling out their boats! The crème brûlée starter was very hard to stomach it was so awful. The desserts were meh and lackluster. The menu is extremely subpar and not worth the money. Sad to see how it has turned to garbage since the last time. Will definitely not be using this company ever again. Save your money!! Book elsewhere. This is my only regret in Paris. Also charging 6 euros for a tiny glass of coke!! Get a grip!!!!

Great evening, magnificent view, and very good meal! My daughter and I really liked our outing.

Being charged an extra €10 per person on arrival to sit at the window left a bitter taste in my mouth. Perhaps it's in the small print and I didn't notice that when booking but somwthing to note... Otherwsie it was a nice experience and we had some good fun with the staff and other passengers. We did the 90 min tour which is enough for the tour but maybe just a bit rushed with the food so maybe book the 2 hours if you like to take your time eating. Everyone was in good humour despite the heatwave and it wasn't too packed. Fun experience for couples, dinner on the seine for a reasonable price.

An all-around successful evening: Food solid, service friendly and the tour on the nightly Seine with the buildings and bridges an absolute highlight. Big praise for the timing: when starting the tour at 9 p.m., you pass the glittering Eiffel Tower towards the end of the tour.
