We had an absolutely awful experience with this company. Nothing of our experience matched the advertised service. Driver arrived late, no air conditioning in the back seat. Luggage had to be put in the car between passengers as the car was already full of drivers belongings. No narrative was provided, NONE, nevermind the "expert" narrative advertised. We saw several of the buildings listed from the highway, several blocks away, and this accounted as "seeing them" according to the driver. The itinerary suggested on the advert was not followed. The driver continually disrespected my elderly mum by suggesting she walk to sites, despite me explaining that she couldn't and this was why we had booked the tour by car. The company offered a 50% refund for this poor experience and then only refunded 25% through Viator- which is not acceptable. We had one afternoon with my family to get this tour right and unfortunately I put my trust into a company which could not deliver on their promised service. Avoid and safe yourself heartache.

Raj was amazing. He picked us up where we were that day, took us to see all the stops we wanted to go to, and dropped us off at our hotel when finished. He was extremely flexible with the schedule and pointed out sights along the way. If you are looking to see a lot on one day this is what you want. Great for hopping in and out of the car for instagramable spots also.
