We had a fantastic time in Aswan with Cruise 24! They organized everything perfectly. The Nile cruise was amazing, and the views were breathtaking. The transfers from the airport were smooth, and the hotel they booked for us was very comfortable. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! 🌟

We wanted to do a trip through Egypt with our daughters for a long time and this year we had the possibility to do it. We started at Cairo to see the pyramids and then took the sleeping train to Aswan, where the Nile cruise to Luxor started. Pick up at the train station was on time, welcomed by our guide, checking in, freshing up and then it started with visiting the Aswan dam and Philae temple. The temple was beautiful. Our guide Mohamed was great, knowledgeable and humorous. He is a good storyteller and tested our knowledge, which is nice for the interaction. We were guided in a small group, us 6, a couple and a single traveller. We enjoyed it a lot. The guide didn't push us at all to book optional tours, what we appreciated a lot. For sure great tours, but they started too early, haha. Instead of Abu Simbel or the hot air balloon we choose for the Nubian Village and even had a swim in the Nile. Very clean an refreshing, didn't expect it. After 4 days of cruising, visiting temples, eating. We felt a bit melancholic saying goodbye to everybody we spend time with those days. I recommend this cruise and specially the guide Mohamed. Extra plus: on the boat you don't have to tip everybody separatly. At the reception they have a tip box for all staff. Of course the guide is extra :) And respect for all the people working with this heat during Ramadan.

Ship was very nice and the crew were very helpful. Our guide Ismail was just great. Very knowledgeable and super accommodating. He can help you with anything you need. The food on the boat was very delicious and fresh. The hot air balloon ride was a real treat! All in all it was great trip!!!

Everything was excellent. We select the cruise departing from Luxor to Aswan (4 days and 3 nights). The boat is very nice inside, especially excellent in cleaning, organization and especially in food. The people who work on the boat (Blue Shadow) were very friendly and they are not looking forward to you leaving tips, as I have read on many other boats. In the end they gave us an envelope to give you the tip that we want, for all the cruise team. We select the cruise that includes the hot air balloons and the excursion to Abusinbel. These excursions are usually not included. In addition we had daily excursions through the different temples from Luxor to Aswan, with a guide in Spanish, we only had to pay the entrance fees. The guide is called Jaled, speaks very good Spanish, accompanied us throughout the tour, was very friendly and answered all the questions. It was the best experience we had in Egypt. This tour is amazing, I would totally recommend it to family and friends! We had the chance to explore all the temples from Aswan, Abu Simbel to Luxor. Our guide Ramzy was a key part to make this trip unforgettable, he was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer all the questions we had about the history of the temples. He was always with us and made sure that we had the best experience. The cruise was really nice too, the room was well equipped and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

My friends and I went on this trip and we had a wonderful time. Our guide was Mohammed and he was so friendly and helpful. We got along with him so well and he made the trip fun and memorable. He was able to arrange some last minute boat rides and the trip to Abu Simbel for us with no problem. We learned a lot and got tons of great photos that made all our friends jealous and a few of them asked about which tour we booked and we will happily recommend this one to them. We adheared to all the Covid protocols and we really appreciated that our guide did as well. There were definitely guides and tourists out there that did not so just be aware that if you are traveling right now that it is a courtesy to follow the rules regarding masks and distance. Taking a vacation at this time doesn't mean you get a vacation from the rules.

It was 4 magical days filled with visits to breathtaking places. The cruise ship is very comfortable the staff is very caring, nothing is left to chance. Air-conditioned and comfortable room overlooking the Nile with always little attention from the crew. Cooks really pay attention to the quality of the food it is very good. No unpleasant surprise. Beyond that what about our guide?! Extraordinary, we met someone passionate about history with whom we shared every moment intensely he contributed greatly to make this stay magnificent, we recommend Karam to accompany you throughout your stay you will not be disappointed, he knows how to restore all its splendor to the sites and this country. Go there with your eyes closed you will be taken care of at all times, no sorrows. Just think of the sunscreen it's hot

Ramey was should a wonderful guide, we could not have ashes for more during our 4 day cruise. He upgraded us to the top floor so it was not noisy and we were close to the sun deck for sunbathing and moon lite strolls. Every night he explain the program for the next day in detail. He cut out any activities that we did not want to do such as shopping excursions to alabaster or perfume factories. All the drivers we had were conscientious. Everyone wore a mask. We felt safe the whole time. Ramzy’s explainations made the temples come alive.

This was the best holiday ever. My cousin and I decided to go to Egypt to celebrate her 50th Birthday. Everything was arranged by Aly, who was amazing, and every single detail was taken care of. It was stress free. The drivers were kind and professional. They always had a sign with my name on it to make it easier for us to locate them in a sea of people. The transportation was always air conditioned, which was needed in the heat. The trip was 5 star, white glove service from Aly and his team. We had a private guide and driver for each day of the tour. The VIP treatment was in full effect. Never have I ever received such service. Aly handled everything from his office. He was always in communication( via WhatsApp)with me, letting me know what and whom to expect every step of the way. He was always just a text or phone call away, which made this experience so much more peaceful and relaxing. Aly and his team took such good care of us. From airport pick up to airport drop off. I’m just absolutely amazed by the level of service and attention to detail we received. The tours were already arranged so that we could see everything Egypt had to offer during the days we were there. I absolutely loved the Nile cruise.Our tour guide Hany was with us on the train ride down from Luxor to Aswan. He identified us from my what’s app photo and seat locations provided by Aly. He was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. He took special care and consideration with my cousin, who had a mobility issue. He also served as our photographer. We spent the first day exploring Aswan with Hany, the 2nd day involved an early morning drive to Abu Simbel Temple(the tour included a local guide for this day), the 3rd day was 2 stops in Kom Ombo and Edfu, and day 4 was in Luxor. Each port has its own beauty and history to take in. Hany was full of knowledge and insight. He taught us a little bit of Arabic and a lot about Egyptian history and culture. Hany kept us involved and engaged for all of the tours. The cruise on the MS Magic was really relaxing, peaceful. The crew were awesome. We had assigned tables for all of our meals, and they would call to check on us if we were late for service. Our server Waleed and the rest of the restaurant staff were the best. They took the time to explain and suggest dishes on the buffet. They were always smiling and so welcoming. With all of the walking on the shore excursions, I felt the need for massages. The best decision I ever made. Ahmed and Mekhail also made this the trio of a lifetime. I purchased a set of massages, and they were an added bonus for the trip. Mekhail gave me the 3 best massages that I have ever had in life. It was the right amount of pressure and tension relief. His took the time to work troubled areas, which he identified without instruction from me. His level of knowledge, skill and expertise were definitely a pleasant surprise and did not disappoint. For my last massage, he gave me a scalp and face massage with a clay mask...LOVED IT. The cruise and tours was a great way to see more of Egypt than I could have ever put together and discovered on my own. It is highly recommended. There are several ships that offer the cruise, so I can only speak for the MSMagic...they were terrific. This tour package exceeded my expectations. The tours, the guides the staff and crew were so much more than I thought to ask for.
