Owner of the toko is a bit of a smooth popie jopie, we had booked with extra clothing package but this turned out to be on the spot with the temperature actually not necessary. But according to him, he would because otherwise he would have to pay us back and that was not the intention of course. Then a 6/700 meter slither through the forest on a slippery ice path to the starting spot. The tour could begin. And what kind of tour! Guide Franck did a very nice and enthusiastic job. There was only just enough snow but he made the most of it. Cozy campfire with food to close it off, great! Then unfortunately the now very slippery ice rink path again but now in the pitch black while the quads and buggies passed by with a bad gait on the same narrow road. Simply irresponsible and really could have been arranged differently. Owner seems to be just too preoccupied with making fast money. Therefore no 5 stars, but the equipment and guide were top notch.

It was a fantastic experience on the snow mobile and the lunch on an open fire made it more special. Well worth the experience.

Hello I was at Snowdoo again, and it was even better than last year. Great service, excellent instructors, and incredible fun. The track was great, with lots of turns and hills, as well as long straights where you can really accelerate. There was plenty of snow, so the ride was fantastic – the snowmobiles are powerful enough to go fast. A wonderful adventure. I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

So. No snow. That was the first negative. Customer service is a bit non existent... we were put onto quads and drove on the Polish roads and then into the wilderness. You need to feel confident driving on a road to attend this excursion. 3 hours is definitely too long! It's very cold even when wearing sallopettes. Then campfire with cheese at the end was quite nice and the leaders on the quads had good humor and were somewhat helpful when one of the group were afraid to continue on the quad.

A Waste of Money at Nature’s Expense A snowmobile tour through snowy landscapes – that was our dream when booking a 3-hour tour with Snowdoo in Zakopane. The reality? Poor organization, added costs, and environmental damage. Unclear Conditions, No Flexibility Despite being assured of enough snow, uncertainty lingered until the tour began: snowmobiles or quads? Communication was nonexistent, and cancellations were refused – only an unusable voucher was offered. Hidden Fees & Poor Planning On arrival, we were met with extra costs (195 PLN for rental clothing) and ill-fitting gear. After trekking 500 meters through mud, the “adventure” began – but it was anything but thrilling. No Fun, Only Damage For an hour, we sluggishly zigzagged over barely snow-covered meadows, leaving deep scars in the terrain. Realizing the futility, I cut the tour short to avoid further environmental harm. Irresponsible Tourism Booking this was a mistake, but a bigger one was running the tour at all. The operator showed zero responsibility for nature, prioritizing profits over sustainability. Where Is Local Oversight? Operators like Snowdoo degrade the landscape while locals bear the cost. Noise pollution, soil damage, and ruined meadows go unchecked. Where are the regulations? Who ensures ecological limits aren’t crossed? Verdict: Avoid It This tour was a disappointment—expensive, disorganized, and environmentally harmful. Tourism should not come at the expense of nature.

Great experience overall! Took the 3hr drive with lunch stop , Plenty of food for everyone, amazing views, great snowmobiles and even better instructors, Michael & Vlad were very friendly and helpful throughout all the ride, even recommend us good spots for us to visit.
