Fantastic driver and guide, well worth the visit

Our bus driver Mr T was the best. Professional, friendly and very organised. Our lady tour guide was also brilliant. An emotional and educational experience. A “must see” for everyone.

Bob was amazing very nice and made the journey a lot easier such a helpful guide gave us all the important information to let us fully enjoy our experiences the quads were absolutely amazing even made me and my girlfriend excited to come back and book with the same team again such a good day and experience

Very good tour, guides were great and knowledgeable. Pick up and drop offs were seamless. Would definitely book with them again.

Really well organised visit and our coach driver Mr T was very welcoming and helpful. Explained everything and made us all feel relaxed and really nice coach journey. Thanks for looking after us it made the day more special.

Kristoff was our driver , he was excellent very pleasant and informative, he looked after us very well to the pont of us going into auschwitz, beyond that our guide was very nolagable but he was very quite and we had to keep moving very quickly to keep up giving us no time to take in the significance of what we were looking at , further more which has nothing to do with either our tour leader it shocks me how many disrectful people who seemed to treating it a as tourist attraction rather than a historical site where 1.1 million people young and old lost there lives !! You cannot control who goes to these sites but would have liked to have more time reflect on the significance of the site.

Easy access, comfortable buss, very good buss driver “Mr T”. Everything worked very well. Got all information we needed. Important to visit Auschwitz- but very hard ofcourse. The fuide very knowledgeable. Only minus that she was a bit difficult to understand. But we also got a guide on the phone to read through. ☺️

I had such a great experience from start to finish! I went on the Zakophane mountain trip with Paweł and ended up being the only person on the tour, which made it feel really personal and relaxed. Paweł was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He shared loads of interesting information about the history of Poland, the places we visited and the country in general, which made the whole experience so much more than just an excursion day. I’d definitely recommend this trip, it’s a great way to say another part of Kraków that feels different to the main city.

We booked the Auschwitz and Birkenau tour and, although the tour was good, the customer service from the company was extremely disappointing. The problems started before we even got on the bus, and we were not the only people affected. When we booked, our pickup time was confirmed as 7:00am. We planned our morning around that time. We were then told at short notice that our pickup had been changed to 5:10am. The problem was that we had been told when booking that if the pickup time needed to be changed, 5:30am would be the earliest possible pickup. Being told we now had to be ready at 5:10am was frustrating and confusing. We had booked based on the information we were given. We tried to contact the company to ask why our time had been changed and whether there was anything they could do. Unfortunately, we could not get a proper response. We were left unsure what was happening. If you are changing someone’s confirmed pickup time by nearly two hours, especially at short notice, there should be somebody available to answer questions. We wanted an explanation. What made it even more frustrating was speaking to other people on our tour. Several other passengers said their pickup times had been changed at short notice, and some had struggled to get answers. So this was clearly not just our problem. Thankfully, the tour was much better. Our bus driver, Mr T, was brilliant. He was friendly, polite and helpful, even with such an early start. He made everyone feel welcome and drove safely. Our tour guide was excellent. She was knowledgeable, respectful and explained the history of Auschwitz and Birkenau well. She answered questions. I want to be clear that my problem is not with Mr T or our guide. They were excellent. The problem was the customer service before the tour and the way the pickup change was handled. If a pickup time has to change, customers should be told as soon as possible. If you say that 5:30am is the earliest possible changed pickup, customers should not suddenly be given 5:10am without a proper explanation. Most importantly, if customers contact you because they are worried or confused, someone needs to answer. I think the company needs to be clearer when people book. If a pickup could potentially be as early as 5:10am, customers should know this before booking. A two-hour change can make a big difference. The tour was good, and both were fantastic. We were left stressed and frustrated before the tour because we could not get a clear answer, and finding out that other passengers had experienced the same thing made it even more disappointing. Overall, excellent driver, excellent guide and an incredibly important tour, but poor communication and customer service beforehand. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously because the problems could have been avoided with better communication and someone available to help customers properly and quickly.

Amazing trip to the salt mine, driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic tour and great advice on where to visit/eat in Krakow!
