A just wonderful experience with our jarly guide who was taking great care with us, and gave us plenty of information about the canyon and its country. And what about the accommodations and thermal baths welcome after these three days of trekking. I recommend this company with exemplary professionalism whose price quality ratio is unbeatable.

We did the 2 day Colca Canyon version in the rainy season in February and it was insane. Our guide Jose was awesome and he made the trip super special. It was my birthday on the day we hiked up and out of the canyon and he arranged for a cake for the whole group at the breakfast. The views on this trek were insane and we saw a ton of condors. Highly recommend and Jose (Pepe) was the best.

I made the 2-day hike through Colca Canyon. We were a small group of only 3 people plus our guide, which was very pleasant. Our guide José waited for us at all times and let us go at our own pace. We were never rushed or pressured to hurry. On Feb. Day we decided not to hike the way out of the canyon, but to take a donkey, which was definitely the right decision! All in all a beautiful tour with beautiful scenery, but definitely physically challenging and not something for everyone.

We really enjoyed the two-day trekking tour with Jose aka "Pepe" through Colca Canyon to the oasis of Sangalle. The tour was well organized and Pepe explained a lot about the surrounding flora and fauna. Big thanks to Pepe for the great time we had with him and unforgettable impressions we take home. We have always felt safe. It should be mentioned that you can store your large luggage for 5 brine in Cabanaconde. Since we went straight on to Puno after Colca Canyon. The transport was completely organized for us and everything went smoothly.

We did 3-days colca trail and it was a great choice, because thanks to it we could really injoy the canyon and not only walk. We met a lot of people completely not prepared for the hike by their agencies (no walking stick, no knowledge about going in the darkness on the last day etc). That’s not the case of ultímate expedition - they really give very good information and care for the whole process. The guide Jose Luis is great, he not only takes very good care for participants, but also gives a lot of information about History, culture and nature. Highly recommend doing colca canyon with this agency.
My partner and I had such a wonderful time hiking the Colca Canyon (3D/2N) with José/Pepe! From the beginning of the trip onwards he was super thoughtful - always making sure the group had their needs met whilst allowing for plenty of flexibility, especially with our different walking paces. The second day was the highlight, where he made plenty of stops along the trail to provide us with super interesting insights into the local culture and flora of the surrounding villages. He also went above and beyond to make sure that my vegan diet was catered for, which I really appreciated. I thoroughly recommend doing 3D/2N instead of 2D/1N - it’s still a challenge but you get to appreciate the journey so much more!
