Wonderful tour around the Isle of Capri with Claudio (ask for him), a lifelong resident and experienced pilot, who communicates well in English and is proud of his boat and Capri. Beautiful sites and swimming all along the way!

One of the most beautiful experiences of our vacation! Valeria met our requests with great helpfulness, organizing everything in less than a day. Taking advantage of a cancellation, she also reserved a higher category boat for us at no extra charge. Every moment was impeccable, from the welcome by Olimpia at the port, who kindly accompanied us to the departure point, to the trip with the skipper Claudio. In three hours we did the complete tour of Capri, stopping in the most beautiful coves to swim. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Our skipper, Claudio, was exceptionally attentive. He provided drinks, snorkeling gear, and water toys while explaining the history of key spots around the island. Although we couldn't enter the Blue Grotto due to the long queue, Claudio was completely flexible—he offered to either wait in line with us or take us on a fuller tour around the island. We chose to explore more of Capri by boat instead. Following his great advice, we took a bus directly to the Blue Grotto later in the afternoon and skipped the long wait entirely! Thank you Valeria and Claudio for such an amazing experience. 100% recommended!

We first asked Valeria to meet us at a certain time and she agreed. Some days before our excursion, she apologized and asked if it could be 30 minutes later and she would make up by bringing us an aperitivo. We said ok. The day of she said everything was in the boat so we didn’t grab any food thinking the aperitivo would be on the boat like she confirmed. There was a container labeled chocolate with about 6 pieces of old watermelon in the cooler and nothing else. When i brought this up to Valeria she said next time we book with them directly, they will make it up to us. Seriously? We live in the US, when will that next time be? This made a huge impact on our trip since some of us got sick from not eating anything and being on a boat with bad waves. Very disappointing!
NIGHTMARE!! NO SHOW! THIS COMPANY MADE US CHANGE OUR TIME, THEN NEVER SHOWED UP! we waited and waited for over an hour and they never showed up - no one could get ahold of them, had several other tour groups call them but no one could get in touch with them… they finally responded to one lady where apparently they had something come up and couldn’t take us. THEN VIATOR WOULDNT REFUND US !!!!! we ended up finding someone else to take us but it wasn’t the ‘luxury’ experience or the length of time we wanted! AND WE PAID THEM !!!

We were simply late, and sorry for that. Olimpia, that was at the bar assisting you and solving the issue, is our hostess: Luigi, the skipper that provided the service - who got also a tip from you - was our Captain, we arranged the boat for you and we accompanied you on board personally, Daniele works with us as well.. you didn’t have to find another boat, because we provided the service to you and you didn’t pay again: that’s why Viator didn’t refund. Inconvenience may happen, and we were sorry to be few mins late, but if was enough to reach me out at the end of the tour and tell me that you were not satisfied - you found Daniele on the way back and didn’t tell anything, now it’s been 20 days and apart from that, we didn’t get any complain. I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service that you get, and I really hope that you will come back to Capri to let me provide personally the best service that you deserve. I am sincerely sorry, we always do our best. But all the people that you met was part of our crew, the help that you get was not by chance ☺️
