There's no better way to take in the beauty of the Sorrento coast or the island of Capri than by water. Booking a private tour with MBS Blu Charter was a great decision. The boat was awesome, the views were stunning, and we were well taken care of by our skipper, Ciro (aka DJ), and his mate, Teresa (aka tour guide, photographer, cocktail waitress). We spent the most relaxing, peaceful day seeing the coastline of Sorrento and Capri. Our day was catered to our specific requests on the water with lots of flexibility. We enjoyed a stop at Capri where Teresa got off the boat with us, got us a table at a wonderful seaside restaurant for lunch, then she escorted us to a private tour bus to get a ride up to Anacapri for the chairlift ride. (all of these were extra expenses and our choices) After getting back on the boat with Teresa and Ciro, we were lucky enough to find the blue grotto open (waters were calm enough for a safe entry). Ciro took us right up to the paddle boat guide to board our quick excursion in the cave/blue grotto (extra expense if chosen), and it was well worth it! We also enjoyed a couple of stops for a quick swim and snorkel in beautiful spots along the way. Our day ended with a beautiful tray of fresh fruit Teresa had prepared for us to enjoy on the front of the boat with one last glass of bubbly. We are so glad we chose to take this private tour. It was worth every penny, and it ended up being our favorite day of our trip in Italy. Ciro and Teresa are the best!

This private boat tour was fantastic and Rafaela was an extraordinary skipper . She took us all around the island of Capri to various caves such as the Green Grotto . She paused the boat to take photos at each gorgeous location . She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly . We were served Prosecco , limoncello and fresh fruit on board . When we arrived at Capri she made a lunch reservation for us and arranged for a private driver . I would highly recommend this tour .
