Dinner was sophisticated and delicious and the opera talent was a perfect mix of drama and famous arias.Truly an Italian experience we will never forget!
Dear Colleen, What a beautiful way to describe the evening! We’re so pleased that both the refined dinner and the performance made such a lasting impression, from the dramatic atmosphere to the much-loved arias. Thank you for sharing this special memory with us. Warmest regards from Florence!
Food and service at Bargello outstanding. Concert amazing. Organisation via Viator very disappointing, sent map for meeting place, pinned to the centre of the Piazza, as a result we expected to meet someone there, nowhere on any of the correspondence was there any mention of checking for further information as to the meeting place, if this would have happened it would have alleviated any of the initial stress from not getting to the meeting on time and subsequently having to rush our delicious meal.
We purchased our ticket with the dinner not realizing you could just go for the concert. The fixed dinner was ok. Service good. I wouldn't do the dinner again. Having said that the dessert was great. The 3 tenors were charming and sang some well known opera arias. There was a ballet dancer in the front but we couldn't see her except her arms. The building didn't feel like an active church. I would do the concert again just not the dinner.
Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Tama, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the concert and that the 3 Tenors’ performance and the dessert stood out during your evening. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the dinner and visibility of the ballet performance, it helps us improve and provide clearer information for future guests. It’s wonderful to know that you would attend the concert again, and we would be delighted to welcome you back for another unforgettable musical experience in Tuscany. Warm regards from Tuscany
Dinner was really bad. The waiters were unhappy. Eat is elsewhere! Tickets for the concert can be purchased separately. The concert was good and lived fully up to expectations.
Good morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Customer, We are sorry to receive your negative feedback and regret that the dinner did not meet your expectations. This was most likely an isolated case, as the dinner is usually appreciated by our clientele. In any case, we will contact the restaurant to ensure that the service standards we aim to offer all our customers are fully respected. On the other hand, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the concert and that it met your expectations. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Best regards
The venue and the music combined to create a truly fabulous experience. The tenors were absolutely joyful and fantastic, with incredible talent, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained. Our experience at the restaurant was truly awful. Upon arrival, we requested to sit outside and were told that the outdoor seating was "for customers." Despite clarifying that we were paying guests, our request was rudely rejected. Inside, the only other diners were those who had purchased a specific combo offer, which suggests their seating policy is highly restrictive and misleading. Service was nonexistent: our server was unfriendly with zero interaction, and the male staff in general were dismissive. The low point was the dessert: I attempted to ask the server if I could substitute the set cheesecake, but he walked away mid-sentence, showing a complete lack of courtesy. Recommendation: I strongly advise you to only purchase the concert ticket and dine at one of the many better restaurants in the area.
Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your *Dinner and Concert with “Three Tenors”* experience. We are very pleased to read that the concert itself, including the venue and the exceptional performance of the tenors, was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable for you. At the same time, we are truly sorry for the disappointing experience you encountered at the restaurant. The issues you described regarding seating, the attitude of the staff, the lack of interaction, and the discourteous behavior during your dessert request are far below the standards we expect from our partners. Your comments are extremely important, and we will immediately forward them to the restaurant management so that proper action can be taken. We appreciate your honest recommendation and completely understand your point of view. Feedback like yours helps us improve the quality of the services included in our combined experiences. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We hope to welcome you back on one of our tours in the future, where we can offer you a truly seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
It was chaos finding the place to check in and manover this. After you finally find the place to check in, you had to go from there on your own and find the restuarant and concert place. (The office made it sound all easy..it wasn't. Thank goodness for GoogleMaps). The restaurant was slow service and we had to rush to get to concert. Also no drinks were included in the meal so we had to pay extra. I also noted a peanut allergy but they still brought a desert w/nuts & told me no substitutions. The restaurant was not good. The barcode given by Viator still needs to be checked in at the box office to get printed tickets ( the company didnt tell us this)..the barcode is not your ticket to get in at the door. Also..not asigned seats. Its a section & first come/first seat based on the sections. After all that, the music was good.
Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Renae, Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate your input regarding the check-in process and understand how it could have been clearer. We will continue to improve our communication so that future guests can enjoy a smoother experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience in Tuscany or Florence in the future. Warm regards, Caf Tour & Travel Team
The experience at dinner and the concert was lovely! However, make sure you request the restaurant and church location prior to the event!

Dinner was nice and the servers were so kind and welcoming. The Three Tenors concert was wonderful. The audience is small, so it feels intimate. Magical experience.

Dinner entre was so-so (maybe a 3*) but antipasto & dessert were VERY good. The music performance was the highlight of the evening by a very professional group of musicians, singers & dancers. Accoustics in the music hall were ok. The singers were accompanied by pianist, base violinist & mandolin player, and two of the numbers included ballet dancers (talented young couple). It was a very enjoyable evening. The group rewarded the audience with an encore.
