However, we would like to clarify that all the necessary information for both parts of the experience — including the restaurant address, concert venue, meeting times and schedule — is clearly indicated on the voucher provided after booking. Although the dinner and concert are sold as a combined experience, the restaurant staff are not responsible for providing directions or managing the concert venue. We are therefore sorry that someone at the restaurant may have pointed you towards the wrong church, but unfortunately this is not something within our control. We regret that you were unable to attend the concert, but in this case the correct venue and timing had been communicated in advance.
