Our driver / guide Bima was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. His driving was safe and considerate and comfortable for the passengers. He answered our many questions very well and shared interesting information about the local culture and way of life. He made sure that we arrived early at Mt Bromo to beat the crowds and was fun to walk and talk with. Our Mt Ijen guide Febri was also very good. Bima was flexible and drove us around Prambanan temple on the way and then to Banjuwangi instead of the port so we could spend an extra day here. The accommodation was good and had very nice food options available. We would have liked to arrive a little bit earlier at the Mt Ijen accommodation to have more time for a swim or massage at the lovely hotel there but it was also good to have a relaxing departure from Mt Bromo. Thank you also to Sari who helped us to organise it - we did a walking food tour with Sari in Yogyakarta.

We had a great experience and booked at very short notice which was not a problem for them. Our driver Bima was polite, informative and always on time nothing was too much trouble he always happy to help. Highly recommended

Excellent attention from our guide Deny, very attentive and friendly always, but I think we should try to improve the accommodations. Otherwise all right and great experience in general terms.

What an experience! Deny is a great guide! Great communication from the trip operators about the pick up, long travel day to first hotel. Very early morning to get in the jeeps to go to sun rise viewpoint involving a short hike to. Then a jeep ride to walk to the crater of mount bromo. Stunning all round! Then breakfast and went to visit a waterfall on the way to next accommodation. Then Extremely early rise for long steep hike to see blue flames and watch sunrise at the edge of the crater. Spectacular! Unfortunate early start but grateful when saw how many people were after us! Then ferry ride to Bali and taxi to our accommodation. Would recommend this tour! Very well looked after and bucket list activities!

The trip was amazing!! We had to wait a bit for Mt Bromo to appear from the fog but when it did (after some praying from our kindest guide Hibza) it was absolute magic. The hotels allong the way where stunning and our driver was an absolute road warrior.

our experience in Bromo with our super Guide Aditya was unforgettable. we started from yogyakarta and arrived in a very quaint village in Bromo. we had dinner and at 2 am the Jeep was waiting for us for departure. we arrived and after a few steps we arrived at the place where we saw the sunrise. our Guide was wonderful, he took us to all places to see a fantastic view and just took care of us. the best Guide ever found. in the days we spent together he was very considerate at all times and complied with all our needs making us feel good and making us visit wonderful places in total professionalism. if anyone wanted to book, ask for him!
