The trip was super nice. Although it was very misty on Fansipan, the walk was in fact not too difficult. Our guide Nhu was very responsible and introduced a lot of village culture to us. Would definitely recommend the tour to friends and family.

A shambles of an experience from arriving in Sapa
The whole tour was a shambles from arriving I. Sapa. There was no one at the bus station to pick me up so I had to call the Hanoi travel agent. They then sent a moped where I had no helmet. After another 20 minute moped ride to catch up with the tour after lunch we went through lovely scenery but it was more of a guided walk with very little information given. We were then hurried to the final village as two of the party had ordered a taxi. All the group were not happy. I booked this tour as it had a 2nd day early start with 2-3,hours trekking followed by Fanzipan visit. However I was told there was not enough time to do both. I visited Fanzipan and then had lunch and then there was 2.5 hrs free in Sapa I.e. I could have easily done both. I wrote a message to the Hanoi travel agent complaining but they didn’t even have the decency to apologise or reply.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced upon arriving in Sapa, particularly the confusion with the pickup arrangement and the inconvenience caused by the motorbike transfer. We understand that this was not the smooth arrival experience you expected.
Regarding the second day, I would like to clarify an important point about the itinerary, as there may have been a misunderstanding about the type of Fansipan experience included in the tour.
The itinerary you booked includes a visit to Fansipan by cable car. This is different from a Fansipan trekking tour. The Fansipan cable car experience allows guests to travel by cable car to the mountain station and then explore the summit area and surrounding spiritual attractions on foot. It does not include a 2–3 hour trek up Fansipan.
A Fansipan trekking experience is a separate activity that involves hiking on the mountain trails for several hours and requires considerably more time and physical effort. It cannot be considered the same as visiting Fansipan by cable car.
For this reason, the schedule on the second day was arranged around the cable car visit rather than a Fansipan trekking experience. We are sorry if the wording of the itinerary gave you the impression that a 2–3 hour Fansipan trek was included.
At the same time, we acknowledge your comments regarding the communication, the guide's explanations, and the handling of your concerns during the tour. These are important points for us to review with our operations team.
We are pleased that you were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Sapa and visit Fansipan, but we regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.

Friendly guide
My guide Ellie is very friendly and very clear in explaining the local tradition and plantation to us. She also helped us to take a lot of nice photos along the path. The plantation road is slippery so I would advise to wear hiking shoes or anti-slip boots for the trek.

Great tour - great guide
The tour was brilliant but the best thing was the tourguide, she takes care of everyone and with her polite and friendly attitude the conversation was great and she knows so much about the culture that the time flies. The amazing tourguide is Ellie, smart, calm and you could ask her any questions. But don’t forget the stunning view if you don’t have rain, the little breaks were very important if you’re not trained. Thank you.

Lovely experience
