There-Day Masai Mara group safari with pickup from Nairobi. There was a timely pickup from the hotel in the morning and the guide was very friendly and experienced. Along the way, he told us a lot about the history of the Maasai Mara, the behavior of the animals, and the local culture.... On the first game drive after entering the park, I saw a whole family of lions. Then I saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos and many other animals. It was especially heartwarming to see the sunrise game drive in the morning and the vast savannah of the Masai Mara in the evening. The guide kept in touch with other guides on the radio and always took them to a good spot.... Accommodation was good as well. The tents are clean and comfortable, and the food is fresh and delicious every day. Being a group tour, the cost is much lower, but the quality of service is not less than that of a private tour. I also visited the Maasai Village - I was really impressed by their culture, dance and way of life. Everything was very well organized.

Going on this group safari in Masai Mara, it felt like touching the real Africa from close. The entire trip was very well organized. Guide Williamson was very enthusiastic and shared a lot of interesting information about each small and large animal. One day suddenly I got a chance to see a group of big elephants very closely, which will be remembered for a lifetime. I took the optional Maasai village tour, where I was fascinated by their culture and traditions. Getting to and from Nairobi was easy and the car was also comfortable. I made new friends with other tourists in the group.. It's really nice to have such a good experience on a budget. Anyone can take this trip without any hesitation.

Fantastic 3-Day Masai Mara Group Safari with Pick Up. Guide David explained everything very clearly in English and showed many animals in each game drive. I was really impressed by the vast savannah of the Masai Mara, the herd of wildebeest and the family of lions. I also learned a lot about the local culture by visiting the optional Maasai Village. Being a group tour, the cost was much less, but the service was as good as the private tour. Nairobi pick-up and drop-off was convenient. I'm definitely recommending it!

I was planning to go on a three-day safari with this company in May. Initially, they asked me to pay a 30% deposit, and the agreement was that the remaining balance would be paid after the tour had started. However, two days before the safari was due to begin, they suddenly claimed that I had to pay the full remaining amount upfront. When I questioned this change in the agreed terms, they stopped responding and remained silent until I informed them that I was cancelling the tour. They then claimed that they had already paid the hotel and therefore could not refund my deposit. This turned out to be false, as I contacted the hotel directly and verified that no such payment had been made. Fortunately, I had saved screenshots and records of all our communications and was able to recover the deposit through my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against booking with this operator if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

We had a wonderful experience with Natural World Kenya Safaris. From the beginning to the end of the day, everything was very professional and well organized. Peter was a great guide. His eyes were very sharp - small and big animals were easy to find and shared much interesting and important information. We saw the Big Five and enjoyed the natural beauty of Kenya. All in all the trip was smooth and enjoyable. I'm definitely going back to this company!
