From end to end, Bernard was organized and very responsive. We needed accommodations before the safari start date and after and he was able to manage that process for us. Dulla picked us up for the safari and made us feel so comfortable from the onset. We had an hour long drive from our hotel to go pick up with other person joining our safari that day at the lodge and Dulla made sure to point our and explain vegetation and cultural facts along our entire drive there, making the drive go super fast. On our Safari’s, Dulla went above and beyond to make sure we not only saw the big 5 and all of our favorite animals, he was a rockstar! He took us off the path more trodden to provide us with an experience of a lifetime. At the lodge, Pia was the sweetest host and Dennis, the chef, literally amazed our tastebuds!! He had the perfect combinations of comfort foods and local fresh made cuisine. All we can say is thank you for the experience, we loved it!

We had very nice 3 day safari! Exelent hotel Fig tree lodge with swimingpool in safari .Thanks Bernard from hotel Inn -safari was good scheduled.

Ok, I'm with wife was on 3-day safari with this company and it was really good safari with professional guide and "standard" car for safari. Also we visited Materuni excursion and I can definitely recommend this place to visit. In general I can recommend this company, they really responsible and trying to do they best to provide good service. What was good: - Professional guide, so we were able o see a lot of animals. - Good accommodation for 2 night of safari. - Free airport pick-up and drop-off. What should be improved: - We had only 3-4 hours per each day on safari but company promised "6 hour game drive in the park". - Accommodation before and after safari should be improved. The first room was really dirty. And there are were no shower/electricity time to time for days after safari.
