We had a great safari, in Tarangire and Ngorongoro. We were able to see so many animals! A special thanks to Emanuel and Charles for organizing the safari and have us had such a wonderful time!

Organising the tour through Crater was super easy. Emanuel was very communicative and easy to deal with before we arrived. They arranged pick up from the airport and a hotel on either side of the tour, which took all the hassle out of travel. We did the 3 day tour which included Ngorongoro crater, manyara lake and tarangire national park. What an experience. Our driver knew where to go to get the best views of the animals, plus we had a bit of luck on our side. The hotel we stayed at during the tour was amazing, really luxurious. A special treat overlooking the lake. My kids and I had the best experience, once in a lifetime. Crater were brilliant value for money, starting out as an organisation and tried hard to ensure we enjoyed every minute. Relaxed and easy going too, which was a bonus.

It was an enriching experience organized by a very professional team. We were picked up at Arusha airport then taken to our relay hotel while waiting for the first day of safari. Creator group took care of everything, accommodation (Marega lodge) meals and transport during the safari. We also had human encounters. The guides were really cool. Great and beautiful experience!!! We had a great safari. The lodge accommodations were very good. Our guide and driver John was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

We booked a 3 day safari through crater explorer which was brilliant. They picked us up from Arusha airport and transport was included through out the trip between the parks meaning this was worry free. The hotels and lodges were all clean and modern with nice food. We had guides on the trips that were knowledgeable and were lucky to see so much wildlife. Communication from the company has been quick and helpful. I would recommend using this company if you are coming to Tanzania- we had a great experience. August is a good time to come because we were told it is dry season meaning the animals are easier to spot in the undergrowth

My wife and I had an incredible Safari experience and we would both highly recommend Crater Explorer Tours. Our accommodation was fantastic and if we are being honest, better than we had hoped for. Emanuel our tour operator was always available if we had any questions, so we always felt like we knew what was going on through the whole trip. The safaris themselves are a must see for anyone and a real bucket list experience. Overall we felt 100% safe and assured the whole time and would not hesitate to recommend.
