The tour operator confirmed our reservation and somehow the system changed to a reservation for 8. Had our tickets for our group of 4. Tour operator would not return phone calls and delayed in returning text messages. The operators of the tour boat were accommodating and provided a good tour. The person on the pier coordinating the tour (Selma) could have done much better. Blue Cave not accessible due to sea state and safety.
We had a fantastic experience on our tour. Our guide and boat captain, Balsy (Not sure of spelling), was professional, courteous and informative as we grilled him with questions. This was our first experience and exposure to Montenegro and we loved it and plan to return.

Our dock coordinator was very helpful and accommodating as we barely made it on time. She was excellent! Our skippers were Balsa and Milovan and they were great too.

Our cruise tenders were delayed because of bad wind. We were in contact with the tour operators and hour before to notify them. We were in contact with them right up to our departure time. We arrived 7 minutes late but they left without us. I completely understand that it is a group tour however I would think under 10 minutes late they would wait if you have been communicating with them.
After 20 minutes, a downpour, high winds, and high seas kicked in. No one of our group of 8 was willing to swim at the Blue Cave. Afterward, our able caption did all he could to get us back to Kotor. We sat in the rear, drenched, and very uncomfortable, praying that we would survive the outing. Clearly, our noon trip ship should have cancelled as the squall was already approaching. Wisely, the next trip at 3:00 was cancelled.
