Great Walking Tour
This was a great experience. Julian, our guide, was exceptional and very knowledgeable about history, architecture, politics, art, and more. We learned a lot about Bucharest and Romania. I highly recommend this tour.

Alex was great, very...
Alex was great, very personable. Was able to answer all questions and attentive. He made the tour very enjoyable.

Not for families
The tour was not engaging and some history seemed misrepresented based on current perceptions rather than facts. We were surprised given the positive reviews.

Bucharest History Tour
This was a small tour with the guide Mara. We highly recommend Mara as she was very professional and highly knowledgeable on the history of Romania and its events. We toured all the historic and important sites and came away with a better understanding of Romania. Mara is a lovely young woman who is well versed in history and was a pleasure to talk to you!

First thing to do on arrival
Mara our guide knew very well the story of her country. We did an easy walk in the old town and discovered hidden jewels. She completed the information with pictures, photos and didactic elements.

3 hour tour
My tour guide Alex was over the top amazing! He was very knowledgeable & had a great personality, Throughout the tour he kept me engaged by asking questions, not just delivering information. I would say this tour is a MUST on your list of "to dos* especially if this is your first time visiting Bucharest.

Fantastic tour and an outstanding guide!
We had an excellent experience on the ‘Bucharest: Old Town Walking Tour’ with Alex. Alex is not only highly knowledgeable and passionate about Bucharest's history, culture, and politics, but also a great conversationalist who enjoys discussion and different perspectives, which made the tour especially engaging. A nice touch was that he followed up with recommendations for books and movies connected to the subjects we discussed. It's clear that he truly enjoys what he does. Great experience, our guide was so knowledgeable, we stopped for breaks as it was a hot day. Felt we learnt a lot about this Fascinating and once beautiful city. Would recommend the tour.
