Taking a 3-hour guided tour of Budapest was easily the highlight of my trip. We started at the grand Heroes' Square, where the impressive statues and rich history set a wonderful tone. From there, crossing over to the Buda side led us to the iconic Fisherman's Bastion. Walking through its fairytale-like archways offered breathtaking, postcard-worthy views of the Danube River and the sprawling Parliament building across the water. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and kept the pace perfect throughout the walk. The most unexpected perk was receiving a bonus ticket for a Danube river cruise, valid for that evening or the following day. I strongly recommend saving the boat trip for after dark. When night falls, the city transforms into something utterly spectacular; seeing the illuminated Parliament building glowing against the dark river is an unforgettable sight that perfectly completes the Budapest experience.

It wasn't a Bus that transported us but a Van. There were 6 of us. Too bad🥲 Brief overview of this beautiful City! Barely a few words of history relating its Name Buda and Pest. The cruise, no commentary received!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Budapest and felt it gave us a great overview as first time visitors. Dora was a fantastic guide and kept us informed and entertained during the tour. The 3-hour Budapest hop-on, hop-off tour was absolutely worth the money and a great way to see so much of the city in a short amount of time. I highly recommend doing it on your first day; it gives you a great overview of Budapest and helps you decide which spots you want to return to and explore more, such as Fisherman’s Bastion and the Castle District. Our guide, Dora, was amazing! She spoke excellent French and English and was happy to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend! :)

We were the only couple on the trip as others didn’t arrive. So we had one to one guide with Attila and Lazlo the driver. Attila was top notch and very knowledgeable. He was verY interested in everything he talked about and enthusiastic! He took us to some great places and kept us safe in shady areas as it was very hot ! We had opportunity for a cafe stop and a cold drink or hot drink and relax. Can definitely recommend this trip

Not a pleasant experience. The tour guide was more interested in us tipping the driver and serving coffees in her friends coffee shop. Small talkings about Hungarian politics mondenities and personal life. Very disappointing.
