To clarify, when bookings are made through online platforms such as Viator, the details we receive are based on the product selection confirmed at the time of booking. For your reservation, we received confirmation for the 25-minute scenic flight, and this was the service we were prepared to provide. Unfortunately, there was no indication or request included for a transfer to Likuliku Lagoon Resort in the details we received. When we became aware of your additional request on the day of your tour, our team acted promptly to accommodate this. We even sought assistance from two of our French-speaking staff to explain the situation and assist with translation to ensure clarity. We deeply regret any distress this caused and understand how frustrating it must have been to face unexpected costs during your trip. We are more than happy to work with Viator to review this matter further. If you have any supporting documents or confirmation indicating that a transfer to Likuliku was included in your booking, please send them to us, and we will assist in resolving this with Viator.
