Boat experience is nice, Diamond museum included is worth to see, friendly team, lovely to see beautiful Amsterdam
Bus tour was good but the bus had no Air Conditioning and was very hot inside when not moving. Boat tour was excellent and the views from the water were great. Directions to pickup points and ticketing office non-existent. Ticket office staff very helpful once we found them.
It was a fun way to see Amsterdam and get around visiting alll the wonderful and interesting sights had fun
We did travel on the bus past landmarks, but there was little or no commentary. If there was dialogue, it was not clear. Having been on many Hop On/ Hop Offs in large cities, this one was very inferior.
The bus stops are not labelled with “Hop on hop off”, which meant we wasted time trying to work out where to get on. Very poor. The buses were fine but the boats were too infrequent and there needed to be places to sit. My elderly mother struggled to stand whilst we waited.
My driver didn't follow the schedule. Bus stopped and took breaks. Kept forgetting to start the audio. Supposed to start at 10 didn't see first bus til after 11
The bus did not show up and the boat was over 30 minutes late. Visitor says the bus was running but it did not come to any stop we tried to find it at. Do not book.
We chose the bus and boat tickets. We had tickets to Anne Frank House and the bus took us right there. We hopped back on, took the boat, then back to the bus. Awesome.

Not needed in Amsterdam. We bought and never used. Viking had great tours, buses only run outside city, tram is very early easy.
The drive to fast and don’t go to the tourist attractions, they go near them. That’s not go enough for the cost of the tour.
