Arriving to the dock, it was very unorganized and promoters, security and all involved were very confused. There were so many people and lots of confusion. I was told that I was at the wrong place then later found out I was at the right place only because I continued to ask questions as no signs were posted and no one knew the difference between my ticket and others. Not to mention, they let men onboard first! Rude!!!!!! Finally on board it was extremely packed and feared for my security. I was told many times to move my seat because I didn't buy a $200 plus bottle service. With only one restroom for females, never a fun moment. In case of an emergency I was never told where a life vest is located. In the overview, it mentioned dancing music but never signed up just for latino music. It was so packed and though to go to the restroom or get a beverage as you had to battle going through many sweaty people. We arrived on time for the dock time and didn't leave dock till 2 hours later which delayed us to our next reservation that we had to pay a fine for not arriving. I wouldn't recommend this supposed "yacht" party as it has tons of room for improvement. I'd prefer to pay more for better customer service, safety and what was advertised.
