メキシコシティ中心部で1日の始まりは、ハガモス・コンポスタ・カフェで素晴らしいコーヒーとペストリーを楽しみます。ハガモス・コンポスタ・カフェは、国内最大の独立堆肥化プロジェクトを持つコミュニティセンターです。 その後、プライベートバンでプレジャークルーズの場所であり、重要な農業資源でもあるユネスコの世界遺産ショチミルコへ出発します。 ショチミルコの文化や食についてもっと学び、唯一無二の農業システムを維持する人々と出会う。
最初の目的地は、ショチミルコの広大な市場です。 毎朝、通路の1つにお店を構える地元の女性たちが手作りしたトラコヨ（楕円形のコーンミールパティにファバ豆、チーズ、揚げ豆、ほうれん草、ジャガイモなどを詰めたもの）など、さまざまなプレコロンブス料理を試食します。 市場を探索しながら、チナンパスで地元で栽培されているさまざまな種類の農産物について学びます。
特に動植物が豊富な生態保護区の一部を通って、独自のトラジネラに乗りながら、市場の特産品をその起源まで追跡します。 運河を縦断する - 生態保護区の一部を通る。 チナンパスをつなぐ運河を滑走しながら、船上で市場から新鮮な旬の商品を試食します。 ドッキング後、プライベートバンでメキシコシティ中心部に戻ります。

This was an AMAZING tour! Our guide, Victor, had an impressive knowledge about Mexico/CDMX, it's people and culture. He was passionate about sharing his insights, and had a playful sense of humor and enthusiasm which elevated the whole tour experience. The tour was equally divided between the Xochimilco market and canals, with time for a café breakfast, substantial lunch, and snacks on the boat (including the best guacamole I have ever had!) I particularly enjoyed floating the chiampas canals, it's a tranquil and fascinating area and a great respite from the business of Mexico City. I definitely recommend the tour, they hit a great balance of adventure, information, and tasty food.

Do not hesitate to sign up for this tour! Paco, our tour guide, was excellent! The entire tour is well laid out and paced for all ages. Being able to explore and try foods from individuals the guide has developed relationships with is priceless. Our group had a total of 8 people and we split off 4 and 4 with two guides, which made the atmosphere and size very personable. The length of the tour is also excellent as it allows you to return to Mexico City with time to prepare for dinner. Highly recommend!
