I went with a friend and we both loved it, what we appreciated most was how naturally the evening unfolded from one moment to the next without ever feeling rushed. The staff took the time to show us how to handle the kites properly, which made the activity enjoyable rather than frustrating. Watching the sun go down while sipping tea was such a peaceful moment. It felt like a hidden gem in the middle of a busy city.
If you are looking for something different in Delhi, this is a great choice. The kite flying was lighthearted and fun, and the sunset views were stunning. The rooftop of this haveli is incredible you can see Old Delhi in every direction. We had so much fun flying kites while sipping chai and eating traditional snacks. This was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had in Delhi. Flying kites over the old city rooftops with the domes and minarets around felt straight out of a movie! The view from Haveli Dharampura is breathtaking, and the high-tea was delicious every snack and dessert was beautifully presented. The staff were warm and attentive. It’s peaceful, unique, and full of charm a must-do when in Old Delhi!
