This was a fantastic all day experience! I would definitely do this again and having transit included is a huge help. Our guides for the rainforest were Rene and Amauri (I think that was his name). They were super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The mango and papaya from the fruit stand was the best and super refreshing after playing around in the rainforest. Rene and Amauri really made this experience perfect.
The bio bay kayaking was a lot of fun and not too challenging even as beginners that have never went kayaking before. Brian and Miguel were great. Even though we didn't go at the best time to see the bioluminescent we still had a great time.
Both groups were smaller sized and it was great getting to make friends with everyone. You won't regret booking this experience!

Awesome time!
Amauri and Jamilex were amazing tour guides! They made this experience amazing and wonderful. They were very helpful. We had my parents who are older and they helped them through everything!

Amazing tour guides
Our tour guides Jami and Amauri were phenomenal. They made the trip one to remember. Would highly suggest and plan to do this again when we return with our friends.

10/10 experience!! From start to finish
Great your guides Charlene was great along with the other tour guide I can’t remember his name. We had a blast and highly recommend doing both the hike and the kayaking even though it was tough

Lots of fun
Charmane and Yami were our tour guides for the waterwfall and hiking portion of our trip. Charmane was a wonderful driver and got us to and from safety. We did a lot of water activities at El Yunque. It’s a workout but well worth the experience.

Best time ever
It was great for the prices me and my girlfriend had an amazing time we had the best guides BRADLEY RODRIGUE RENE MARTINE was amazing the way the explains everything was amazing they was so fun just to be around and the way they engaged with everybody was great I would highly recommended them thank you for the amazing time guys

The Best Way to See the Main Island
This 2 in 1 tour was simply the best use of our money on this trip! We stayed in Old San Juan and having pick up points close by to where we were staying was huge in making this excursion affordable. Island Journeys staff were incredible. Although the hike in El Yunque and kayaking tour were the most fun, stopping at a Fruteria to get smoothies was so fun. Our tour guides for El Yunque were Bradley and Rene and they were simply the best. They were educational, knowledgable, and witty - all the things you want in a tour guide. We never felt unsafe during the entire experience.
You are well fed on the entire trip, especially with the fresh fruit the guides cut up for you in the forrest and snacks provided afterward! The restaurant they take you to is also super yummy and a great time to relax before kayaking in the evening.
Kayaking Puerto Rico for the Bio Bay tour was also so fun. All the guides were great and they even have creative ways to help you see the water light up even if visibility isn't great.
Overall, 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend for a first timer to the island wanting to cross off major PR bucket list items!
