コズミック・サルティーヨの前に集合。 緑豊かなガーデンオアシスで、コーヒー、醸造酒、カクテルをユニークな雰囲気で提供しています。イーストオースティンは、地元の人々がたむろする最高の場所となっています。 2時間のウォーキング・フードツアーは、東側のごく一部を通り、近隣と共に成長した地元のお気に入りのフードトラックで最初のフード・ビジットに立ち寄るレジャーの旅から始まります。 そこで美味しいファラフェル一口を食べてみます。 私たちの旅は、2番目の目的地、かつて地元の便利屋が醸造所を転々とした場所まで、史跡やストリートアートを眺めながら近所を散歩しながら続きます。 そこでは、この場所がクラフトで複数の賞を受賞している地元のお気に入りの醸造所となり、文字通り人里離れた場所になった経緯を学びながら、テクスメクスの一口を食べてみる。 オースティンのカルト信者がいる地元の場所から、他では味わえない甘いユニークな一口で食の旅を締めくくります。

ツアーを開始すると、まず地元の人々にとって「第3の場所」と考えられる牧師夫妻が始めた、クラフトビール、高品質のコーヒー、堅牢なタコスメニューを専門とした場所を発見します。 ここからは、1500年代の北メキシコ発祥で、牧畜文化に根ざした、香ばしいストリートタコスに挑戦します。
高品質の食材、持続可能性、公正な賃金で知られるコミュニティの情熱、創造性、サポートに支えられたフードトラックから始まるツアーの2回目の停車では、ヒヨコマメ、ファバ豆、ミックスハーブを使った小さなカリカリのフライドパティを試します。 中東料理で人気。
旅を続けるうちに、何世代にもわたって所有され、イースト・オースティン・ネイバーフッドの定番となっている歴史的なお店に出くわすでしょう。また、オースティンの壁画を数多く制作してきたエルパソ・テックスの有名なメキシコ系アメリカ人アーティストによる人気の壁画も発見します。
続く旅の中で、イーストオースティンの住人から描かれ、コミュニティのアートの定番となっている、さらに2つの大きな建物サイズの壁画を目にします
この停留所では、地元の人気となっているフードトラックから、温かく複雑なスパイスと滑らかでビロードのような食感のバランスが取れた、焼きたての南アジアのフラットブレッドを発見します。
煉瓦とモルタルへのささやかな始まりとして始まった場所で旅を終えます。 オースティンのフードトラック文化の真骨頂。 アメリカ中西部で主に見られる甘いご馳走を堪能し、バブルガムやシリアルミルクを思わせるクリーミーでノスタルジックなデザートと組み合わせたフルーティーな体験をお届けします。

The Express Food Tour in East Austin with Alexis was wonderful! Alexis was enthusiastic, informed and the perfect hostess. And the food tastings were MmmMmm delectable; wonderfully tasty taco, fun falafel, superb curry and multi-flavored ice cream to end the tour. Tour is highly recommended! Thank you Alexis!!

From the moment wet met Alexis at the meeting point she was full of positivity and energy. We could not pick a top food from the tour as all the stops were great!! A tour for locals and visitors. A great introduction to the history and geology of Austin with a nice food selection. I was offered great vegetarian options which is greatly appreciated.

d flow and clarity: That was a fantastic food and walking tour! Our guide, Alexis, was incredibly knowledgeable and cheerful. She shared so much interesting information about Austin’s history, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The Texas BBQ was absolutely delicious—I still find my mouth watering just thinking about it!
