- ツアーは、103 East 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701, USAにあるAUSTIN VISITOR CENTERから出発します。
- チェックインの開始時刻の 15 分前に到着してください。遅れて到着したお客様のためにツアーを遅らせることはできません。
- ガイドがチャイルド シートを扱うことは許可されていないため、小さなお子様連れのお客様は、チャイルド シートを用意し、ツアー開始の 30 分前に到着してバンに取り付ける必要があります。
- ツアーは雨天決行となりますが、ガイドやお客様の安全に影響を及ぼす可能性のある極端な天候や危険な道路状況が発生した場合は、ツアーをキャンセルする権利を有します。
- 移動に制約のあるお客様は、車椅子またはポータブルスクーターを機内に持ち込み、折りたたんでバンの後部に乗せることができます。 ただし、バンにはスロープや車椅子用リフトは装備されていないため、すべてのゲストが車両にステップアップできる必要があります（約12インチ ） 。
- 動物やペットの同伴はお断りしています。 介助犬同伴のお客様は、事前にツアーオペレーターに連絡して承認を依頼する必要があります。
- 風邪やインフルエンザのような症状がある方、何らかの体調不良がある方は、ツアーに参加しないでください。

Expect to learn a lot about the history of Austin and Texas, the culture, music, academia, food, and how and where to catch some fun while you’re in Austin!!! The tour guide, Jax, knew the history, and how to pass present it. This experience was worth our money and our time.

Going to the Capitol was good ...it was a nice experience... Learnt a lot about food and musicians...
We did the City tour of Austin with our guide, Joey. He was phenomenal and funny!! Very knowledgeable about the city and it's vibe. Next trip back we are definitely booking with Joey again!
