A very prepared and passionate guide; he gave explanations about the building and its history and explained the major works in an exhaustive and satisfactory way.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated your guide’s knowledge and passion. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with her. We hope to welcome you again soon!
Outstanding, my favorite two hours of the trip. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He provided the context and explained details allowing us to truly appreciate this world-class museum. Recommend doing this tour early in your trip as you have the opportunity to better appreciate art throughout the city - especially recommend the Frari church after the museum tour. Wish I could give this tour (& our guide) 6 stars!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. However, this is one of the few instances when we realized was not necessary. It was not clear how much additional value was created beyond the available audio guide.

An excellent art guide. We were a group of 4 art guides and she tailored the tour to our level us. We enjoyed enormously and learned so much.

Guide was very nice and knowledgeable but not an art historian as advertised and stated on my voucher. if I had paid $50 per person i would have given it an excellent review but for $200 each (total $400) definitely NOT worth the money. And very disappointed that we had missed the Leonardo exhibit, the description gave me the impression that would be included.
Thank you for taking time in reviewing us. All our guides are official tour guides and are licensed to explain inside monuments but they are not art historians. We will inform your guide of your comments and sorry to hear that the tour didn't live up to your expectations. Thank you.
