We (a couple) paid 700 AUD for a two half-day tour (9am-3pm). Too expensive for a basic city highlights tour. You can get around in Hangzhou and visit many places by yourself pretty easily...taxi is cheap and you can easily buy all the entrance tickets yourself. Having said that, I must mention that ur tour guide, Lulu, was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Our driver was very kind and helpful. They both made our experience meaningful and fun.

Regarding your feedback on the short duration of the itinerary, it could be because you did not have Chinese meals for two days, saving time. Our itinerary offers 100% flexibility, and Lulu goes the extra mile to enhance your tour experience. Here are the special requirements you had during the tour, and Lulu made sure to fulfill them:
1. You wanted to have coffee, and Lulu found a coffee shop to take you there.
2. You expressed interest in visiting the Silk Market, and Lulu not only took you there but also arranged a complimentary visit to Anmanfayun Ancient Path.
3. You wished to go to a local mall, Yintai, to buy shoes, and both Lulu and the driver took you there. Despite your negotiation efforts, Lulu even used her own discount coupon to help you purchase the shoes.
These are services that not only independent travelers may not receive but are also not commonly provided by most travel agencies, yet we managed to fulfill them.
Lastly, I understand that you may be using the negative review as a way to request a partial refund. However, I believe this approach may not be the most constructive. Once again, thank you for your reviews, and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour with our guide Lulu and the driver.
