The boat and cabins were...
The boat and cabins were clean and as pictured. The staff were friendly. The food was mostly buffet and it was ok but not memorable. The communication between our group and the tour provider was excellent. The travel time to and from the bay to Hanoi is significant ie 1/2 day either side. Whilst the bay is beautiful it is also full of rubbish and our group was reluctant to go for a swim. The bay is busy with a large number of vessels out and about. Overall it was a good experience but our group thought the travel time and the rubbish in the water put a significant dampener on the experience.

Boat crew and tour guides...
Boat crew and tour guides are very friendly but I got the worst diarrhea and stomachache of my life that last multiple days Right after the cruise. It was miserable

Great time

The room was a...
The room was a wonder, the only thing we didn't like was that we requested a 3-minute massage at the spa and the massage therapist was sick she wasn't wearing a mask and she was coughing in my wife's face other than that the truth is that it was a wonder

Overall cruise experience was great. The description of the cruise on Viator does not specify which cruise line will be booked for the experience. Even though description says luxurious cruise there was also another upgraded luxurious cruise available. It has nothing to do with cruise experience but how it is shown on Viator.
